Wow it was a super experience. One of the best south Indian fusion food i have had. The place was crowded on a weekday too. Great outdoor seating area. Great service. The staff was very courteous and helpful in suggesting the right dishes. Music played was good. They have valet parking. Clean place. Do try their appams. Overall a very good experience.

This the one of best place I have visited . Very decent and calming place. Speciality in South indian dishes, they makes magic really amazing food, lil less variety but what they have just outstanding. Good cocktails, very friendly and cooperative staff. We celebrated my bday over there experience was amazing. Attaching images actually food was so amazing we were busy in eating so clicked very few pics . 😅

Very osme place to hang out with friends, very decent place. Some times comedy shows also conducts over there.
Food at sambar is justtt tooo osmeee... Can't resist.. very good and friendly staff.. loved it..highly recommended for group party, bday celebration with buddy's.

I went on a Monday night and thet host a Stand up comedy show every week ob Monday (But, do check before going). It's free to attend and the event is chill. They have chicken kebabs and they've got good amount of cheese in them. The LIIT I ordered was strong and they way I like. Service is a little slow, but it's worth the wait.

A unique place where south indian food meets Mumbai bar culture. Authentic Kerela style food and spicy cocktails are served here. Try the chill madi cocktail and meat platter if you are a chicken lover.

It's my home away from home place...staff is super awesome and love the warmth and treatment at sambar.
Recently sambar has introduced the kitchen takeover Sunday brunch...awesome concept, you get to enjoy some lip smacking food....the pictures are from the first brunch that I went for and let me tell you it was mind-blowing food and great experience.

The south Indian theme that they've got is very cute. The servers literally wear lungis. Great ambience

Great place. South Indian themed restaurant that reflects in their food, dress and decor. They have an amazing Latin dance night every Tuesday. They are also pet friendly and celebrate the third gender very often, which is great!

I tried the chettinad chicken here with neer dosa, must say it was worth the hype :D
The dishes served with fresh juices are better.
Veg food is descent as well.
The decor inside is pep and fun.

This is one place that always welcomes you back with open arms. The staff is super friendly n helpful. The food, amazing. From your favorite snacks to healthy food, you find it all here. On cheat days I love the goli bhajji and on health freak days have the grilled chicken or fish, the amazing range of salads and shakes. Pick the South Indian vibe from the name and try the South Indian dishes too. Mini idli, kokum LIIT, payasam shots, ghee roast appam. I can go on and on with the list. The review will look paid. Definitely worth visiting and worth repeating your visits too.
P.S. in case you get too drunk, check for the availability of drivers, you won't have to leave your car behind. Needless to say, Don't drink and drive.

Just back from an amazing Stand Up comedy night. The ambience n vibe was really fun n fabulous. The food is superb. My top favorites are the gunpowder fries and the Coorgi pork...both a total flavour blast n feast for the palate. SIMBLY Superbbbb

I love the decor of this place. The menu is very south-india orientated so you must really love that to eat here. Otherwise it serves normal food that any restobar in Mumbai would serve. Check it out. PS - It's pet friendly :D

A unique experience in itself. DEFINETLY a "go to" place in Khar road west. Everything (drinks, food....attire of waiters, ambience) has a south Indian touch ! :-)

Their "piece de resistance" though, are their "uniquely south Indian tinged" drinks....Bacchus Lovers, come here ye all !!!

If one wants to get a "taste" of (literally!) all the 4 South Indian states while staying in Western India, you BETTER visit this place....else, I'll personally Whack you ! [ Kinky, eh ? ;-) ]

I won't say too much. But locals & tourists (domestic or international) alike, go and visit this place and trust me , u won't return disappointed :-)

Amazing place to visit, they have a very unique style of serving. The menu has a very different style of food and the food too is delicious. Must try them out.

I absolutely loved it here! Decently priced drinks, a nice ambiance + decor, comfortable outdoor seating, and fantastic south Indian food. Service was also great.The prawns koliwada were delicious.

They had an open mic. Interesting mix of comics and an enthusiastic crew running the place.
