Marigold ladakh

I have had the pleasure and opportunity to stay at the majestic Hotel Marigold located at the centre point of Leh,Ladakh . In fact of the light, the warmth of hospitality in terms of their welcoming gesture and extensive support is really impressive during my 7 day accommodation at the hotel.Predominately,the management and the extended staff at large are really very affable and supportive round the clock.It’s a testament to your extensive dedication and commitment which had made my stay - a new home far away from my home.I can unanimously vouch onto the fact that their grounded approach and magnanimity stands at an absolute landmark edge. The entire stay at the hotel was really comfortable and a resounding experience.Looking forward to revisiting the property again in the near term.

We stayed here for almost 10 days. The rooms fit for our budget very well. The best part here are the people. All are very friendly. Dil the main man here is very friendly, He's got bikes that you can hire, we did and we were very happy with that. Initially we had different routes planned but we changed our plan based on Dil's advice and we were very happy we took his advise. This was kind of our one stop place for stay, hire bikes, taxi and guides. Place is located very conveniently, 5 mins walk to Leh market and Leh Palace. I will choose this place for sure next time as well.

Really enjoyed our stay at Marigold, Leh. Rooms were clean and spacious. Leh main market is around 1 kms by walking from this place. The service was excellent.

Staying at Hotel Marigold, Leh for 2 nights in June 2022 was just an amazing experience. This is actually a perfect place to stay in Leh town. We spent one night in Deluxe room and one night in Suite room. All rooms are very cosy, neat, clean and comfortable with all basic amenities in very reasonable price range. Views from the rooms and balconies are just breathtaking especially from the 2nd floor Suite Room. One can spot spectacular unobstructed views of snow capped Himalayan ranges, Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace from the room and balconies itself. The best part of this property is it’s hospitality and it’s food quality. Food was just mind-blowing, hat’s off to the cook for serving us such a tasty and warm homely food. All the hotel staffs are really very polite and helpful specially Mr. Kapoor. Last but not the least the owner Mr. Deldan is a gentleman, he helped and guided me a lot during my booking of Ladakh trip. Conversations with Uncle, Aunty, Mr. Deldan and Kapoor made our memories so precious. Thanks a lot to the Marigold owner & all staffs for their kind co-operation and I am highly recommending this place.

A wonderful hotel run by very friendly family and hotel staff. I stayed here 6 nights and enjoyed every bit of hit. Whole hotel staff is very friendly. Even you can plan whole trip with their help including taxi/bike booking. I fell sick and aunty gave me fruit bowl and make sure i eat homely food. Make sure to stay in suite at least a night. If you are astro photographer then you can click some pics right from your balcony. Its 10 mins walk to the market. Its right next to petrol bunk so easy to get petrol and start early morning trip.

Like a home away from home! I stayed here for 10 days and the food, people, service, rooms were impeccable. The charge is very reasonable and the food is tasty and healthy. The family that runs the hotel makes food for you with vegetables that are grown in the garden. It's 5 mins away from the Leh Market and has the most gorgeous views from the rooms. The matriarch, Dolma aunty is the best! If you stay here, spend time with her and bask in her stories. The BEST place to stay if you're in Leh.

One of the finest place to stay in leh. The tagline is correct' your home in Himalayas'. Very clean and specious rooms. The view from your balcony ll make you feel so good.you. An see snow mountains leh palace and shanti stupa from it. 24hours hot water supply . Good wifi and awesome food. The cook is really awesome. They make food from organic grown veggies in their own garden. Owners are so humble and friendly told a lot about history and places of ladakh. Uncle and aunty were so good with hospitality.on very first day she offered camomile tea to us for recovering from altitude sickness.had traditional salty pink tea of ladakh there.. ahh what an experience it is. The staff are very active and will help with anything and everything you need in ladakh. Thanks to daldan sir and tsewang for great hospitality. Marigold is one of the best place to stay in Leh with amazing morning view.. Hospitality is one of the key point here... very clean and spacious rooms with 24hour hot water supply.. Food is also amazing and you can get the taste of the local ladaki food over here..

A good reasonably priced hotel close to city centre. Only 1.5 kms from city centre. Shanti Stupa is nearby too. Car parking available. Big rooms with front facing balcony with lots of sunshine.

Can't describe in words, Hospitality is one of the best i have seen, Location is beautiful, surrounded mY Mountains, You can view Snow covered mountains from Your room, 7mins walking from Main Market, Food is great taste, same as our home food, Best place to staY in Leh.

Had a wonderful stay here loved the place and hospitality . I would highly recommend to stay here. Deldan and kalifa made our stay wonderful. You must spend time with Dolma aunty she is awesome. she has lots of story and fact about leh and ladakh.

People say traveling to Leh is an experience. But that experience would be incomplete without a stay at Marigold Ladakh. This place is a home away from home. With the most hospitable staff, beautiful location (with a bird's eye view of the shanti stupa) huge and clean rooms, and amazing food, this is the best place to stay in Leh. For a complete and comfortable travel experience, look no further than Marigold Leh :)

Unlike the flop Salman Khan movie marigold, this one is a real hit. Spacious rooms, wide balcony (with a mountain view) and clean restrooms. Food served is rich with local flavor. The owner is this hunky local guy Namgyal who knows the ins and outs of Ladakh. We had to travel to a far border region of Ladakh and Namgyal facilitated our stay there, thanks to his superb local contacts. We also had a small car crash in Leh and our car was totally damaged, Namgyal once again came to our rescue and picked us up from crash location unlike Salman Khan(you know what I mean😉)
PS: On a lighter note, I seriously think they should have casted Namgyal instead of Salman in that movie.

Neat and clean. The behaviour of the staff was polite and the service was good. The location is 500 mtr from Leh mall road, which is good for a peaceful stay.

Marigold is one the best hotel in leh..we had great experience over there... hospitality is one the great I have seen.hotel is very clean & kneat.hot water is available.food was delicious...my room balcony view is awesome like snow covered Mountain & feeling so comfortable & peace. And last but not the least hotel owner & staff are very humble & great human being..I must say people should learn decency from leh-ladakh people..

This is an absolutely amazing place with great morning view, food was also good, clean rooms and hotel dinning room and staff was really helpful. The only cons was that it is a bit far from the local market rest it is

My sister and I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Marigold, Leh.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable with an amazing view.
The hotel is very close to the main market and Shanti stupa yet far from all the hustle-bustle!
Deldan and his family made us feel at home. They were THE BEST HOSTS one can come across!!
Every staff member I encountered, from the check- into the cleaning staff, were delightful and eager to help!
They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Leh, Ladhak.

P.S.: Don't miss the homegrown Chamomile tea - divine!
