One of the worst experience one can ever face while buying a sofa.... they will show you the best options when you visit and once you finalize it half of the amount has to be deposited (which is perfectly fine). As they do not have anything ready and they start from scratch when a new order is recieved.
Now
Firstly, they gave a date that after 20 days your sofa would be delivered.
Secondly, days were changed to 25 days i.e 5 more days.

Bad experience....wrong size made...we ordered for a queen size bed and got a king size and had no attention to detail or quality.One needs to know all nuances of carpentry before ordering anything from them. Whatever could go wrong in our case went and then had to deal with a high handed attitude. Everytime I will see the bed I will be reminded of this bad experience.Also we had to shell out 10 k extra for their mistake in making a product of poor quality

Pathetic experience....see in attached picture and you can see the kind of sofa work they do for the handsome amount they charge...owner Ranjit will first talk to you at the time of placing order like he is the most sensible and trustworthy sofa maker of the tricity but at the time of delivery and after delivery he will show his true colors... Sofa was promised to be delivered on 20th feb and was delivered on 6th March. When it was delivered, there were cut marks and non stitching areas on sofa and no plastic legs on one side. When I asked him what is this pathetic work then he started ignoring your texts and calls. And when I visited his shop, he arrogantly told me that he doesn't have time to repair the sofa made by himself or rather I will say pathetically made .I had to call another sofa maker from sector 34 to fix it.... .. Never had such bad experience before ...if i could have chance to give less than ZERO star I would have gone for it....please don't waste your hard earned money here...you will regret it every time you will watch your sofa...
Better go for some reknowned brand who gives warranty...will share more pics and videos later

I did not find star less than 1, so 1 is given to their response to Customer. I bought 2 Sofa sets last year spending nearly 1 Lac Rupees, when I bought, they offered 5 years warranty. Even asked that we will provide service out of tricity also.. NO PROBLEM. But less than a year, sofa set leather has started cutting due to the thread stiched on leather sheet. Now when they knew, it is their problem, they are just avoiding it asking fabric issue. not responding on Phone, whatsapp & on shop too. Just avoiding as they have to spend money on replace/repairing leather to give warranty support.. I am just complaining about this to Govt. authorities/ Consumer forum.

Another sofa set purchased here is also not getting warranty support.

Friends, Don't purchase anything from Harekrishan Furniture, Chandigarh. You will not receive warranty support at All.. it's fact.
