Hello. I haven't been there, but follow them on Insta and have bought a couple of books from them. The buying experience was very good, and the collection posted is superb too. Planning to visit them soon.

My little princess TANISHKA went all alone with a debit card to the store ...the store people were very courteous ...not only they swiped the card with no extra charge but also spared a person to accompany her to my car parking place so that child may not be lost around.

I have been the member of browser library for past 3 years. I do agree that they don't have required books that you want but they always make it available. They have a very positive staff and really like their collection.

This place is a special book spot since my school days.they offer you quarterly memebership and yearly membership.cost for the membership is bit on the pricey side but worth it.they have very good trendy environment inside.wifi facility is available, laptops and daily newspaper of different publishers are available.u can sit there comfortably for no time limit.good variety of books u can get weather it's novel, fiction, stories, educative, lifestyle, magazine, or anything and if u demand a particular book that is not in the section you can ask them for that one.they arrange that for you.also they have a special kids section where you can get encyclopaedia, course, educative books,bed time stories and many more things of their interest.a book addict can spend a whole day there.they have DVD section for old as well as latest releases.return period for books depends.overall decent, interesting and addictive place for book worms.one of my favourite places in Chandigarh
