Best place if you are preparing for Competetive exams or studious.

Excellent library, location & environment wise.

5. Water, washroom,
6. Vehicle parking area
7. Cinema & bookstore also.

Only one bad thing morning line means student comes 1-2hour early for seat reservation & upto 1 PM fully rush but i come 9 AM daily i got seat almost

Very beautiful architecture it is.
There are many sources to study like newspapers, computers, books, magazines, etc.
You can even apply for a monthly pass for the wifi access.

The staff is cooperative. But rules are strictly followed. Peaceful environment for studying. Feeled positive ora in students.

Best place to study. Great number of books with good facilities. One can easily concentrate without getting disturbed.

Good library. Hoping to get my deposit back after canceling membership. Will update so anyone who signs up for membership does not get scammed.

Did get up getting my refund around 1 and a half months later...so good.

Peaceful place to do self study. Sunday open. Only closed on govt holiday.

This library is located in sector 34 A in front of gurudwara. This is a huge library for the students of all age groups. Children section is on first floor where many summer workshops are organised for kids. These workshops are very creative and knowledgeable for kids.
You can get all types of books of different subjects.

It's a public library in sector 34, Chandigarh.
Members are only allowed.

There are alot of space for different kind of rooms or halls like reading room, magazine room, children sections, newspaper section etc.
There are alot of kind of books available for reading or issue for home reading.
After covid , the timing is changed for a while due to Chandigarh administration rules.
Timing from 1 Feb 2021, Opening 10:00 A.M. and closing 6:00 P.M.
Only 300 persons allowed inside due to covid. Membership is compalsary for everyone who wants to enter for any reason.
Now new rule is added due to covid --Reserve your seat one day before for the next day.--

This library contains 4 Floors.Genrally 5 Floors but 5th is Not for our Use.
Ground Floor is open upto 10:00Pm
1 & 2 Floor is open upto 8:00Pm
3 & 4 Floor is open upto 6:00Pm

This is one of the best library.
Govt. Library.
One time payment (1125rs for tricity and 2125 rs for outsiders) and lifetime access.
1000rs and 2000rs are refundable.
Total 6 floors.
Timing 8am- 10 pm.
Top floor and reference section timing up to 6 pm.
Two books can be issused at a time.
Very neat and clean. Good Water and toilet facilities.
Top floor timing is changed. It opens up to 1900hrs now a days.

A vast collection of books spread on 2 floors along with an additional floor of children's section. Membership is one time fees of 1100 for tricity residents and 2100 for others. And 2 books can be issued for max 30 days.
Mainly used by students for self study and book references.

Peaceful and lovely. Lots of books, and I love that place to much.

Great environment for study...... it is open daily (except gov. Holidays) from 8am till 10 pm.

The place is nice for students or anyone who wants to study and also food stalls are available around building

You all know what libraries are.?
What you need to know is
* Huge sitting capacity.
* Huge book store.
* rest rooms
* Drinking water
* enough Charging points
* You can carry laptop inside the library
* Tea, coffee, food, cigarettes, alcohol whatever you need everything is near by (but don't bring anything to the library).
* And the most important thing is you can only enter in the library if you have membership card.
