Customer Service is excellent. Staffs has explained the product very well. We are repeated customer of Woodpecker. Product Quality is incomparable.
Only one suggestion, could have some better cash back/ discount or some decor can be given as freebies

Sofa is very good. Limited quantity, but quality looks good. Just received the sofa, will update more details after usage. Gurusamy, John, Dileep delivered the sofa in safe condition.
