Novotel Hyderabad Airport

Friendly staff and awesome food. Recommended for relaxing after or before a flight. The food quality is very good value for money. Will definitely consider coming back for business. There is transfer service available any time to drive you whenever you need to go to the airport.

Near to airport. Free shuttle service its very helpful to reach the hotel. Front office staff are very polite with worm welcoming, smooth check in checkout . Reception team are very helpful. Room was very with tasty breakfast. Nice lobby newly renovated. Happy with stay

Had a great experience. The check in and check out were all smoothly carried out, all thanks to the wonderful front office staffs for the same. My heart is full of appreciation for the front office staffs , they stayed humble, polite and helpful the entire time. The shuttle services were good too.

I have came for wedding today, the front desk staff is so friendly and approachable, especially the check in desk of wedding. They guided us to room also informed us about their loyalty programs of which I became member. Their lobby is so huge and lovely. I also enjoyed the food and there room is also on the spot.

Had a comfortable stay,Near to Airport and best thing is they have a free shuttle service every hour.
Service was good though breakfast was bit crowded but food was good.
Reception gave exceptional service.Thanks to them.
Room were clean as well, Housekeeping staff were very generous.

The gym and dining pool are excellent. Clean, well maintained and well managed.

Laundry service for the two months plus stay in novotel has been exceptionally good and on time. Highly recommend using the services. The whole team including Mr.Satya have been very helpful.

I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, The decor was modern and pleasing to the eye, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. However, there were instances where response times for room service and concierge were slower than expected. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu, and the food was delicious. Most incredible bed I have ever slept in! The shower is amazing... Super clean... gorgeous grounds, delicious meal choices, buffet is lavish and diverse. The staff are all incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming... Overall I am incredibly impressed and would definitely recommend to everyone!

Review is for the restaurant at Novotel shamshabad. We had dinner last night and the spread was good , Chef Mithun made a spl kachori chat at the live counter . Dessert spread was ok ..it's worth to visit once in a while ..

We arrived on an internal flight on Monday afternoon, with an international flight the next morning at 7am. The hotel shuttle was waiting for us on arrival on the Monday, and then the shuttle got us to the airport at 4am without hitch. Great complimentary service!
Our actual stay at the hotel was comfortable, with a good range of dining options, and the room was clean and comfortable to ensure we were well fed and rested for the onward journey.
Will definitely stay here again if we're in Hyderabad again.

This review is for the Gourmet Bar, Novotel. We received superior service from Wampyn and Pavan - very courteous and helpful - and constantly checking to make sure we were comfortable. Easy decision to plan a return visit the next time we come towards the airport :)

They also had live music in the evening - the artist had a repertoire that included old 90s hits, for those who enjoy sipping on nostalgia.

Recommended: try the Mezze Collection along with a coffee/drink - we quite enjoyed it.

I had a great stay here. All the staffs were really polite and helpful. The staffs at the reception were very welcoming and the room was really beautiful and clean. I really loved the bed , it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.Overall I had a great time.

booking process was quick , at the time of check in people were vry kind and heartened . Reception area is very neat and peaceful. Taste of the food is excellent . Rooms are good . And check out was also done smoothly. Nice stay.

Fab place to stay near the airport. The whole place has a great vibe to it. Good food and excellent services. Sathya from laundry services was very helpful and diligent. Would love to go back again.

The outlook of the hotel is very good but inside the room, they need to check whether everything working or not. I had to call the service for few times as the refrigerator not working and they needed to change it 2 times and no shampoo and the bathroom door didn't work, it got locked, and not able to open it. So finally I have to come out of the closet.

Would be great to have a microwave also. Otherwise, all the facilities are very good. Clean environment and secured area. Didn't try food as I was outside most of the time except at night times. Very convenient to the airport location and the room service is good helpers also helped to bring the luggage and place them on the airport shuttle.
