Stepping into this restaurant felt like entering a cozy sanctuary of good vibes and great food. The staff treated us like old friends, making us feel instantly at home. And the food? Oh, it was like a party in my mouth! Every dish was bursting with flavor, and I couldn't help but smile with each bite. Can't wait to come back for another round of deliciousness!❤

Went to Jamavar last night for Dinner. It was our team dinner, so it was a set menu.

I don't have to explain about the ambience, since this restaurant is in Leela palace and the place was just beautiful.

Coming to the food, I opted for the non-veg menu so first I got the Chicken soup and it was delicious. A little less in the spice levels which is a theme around all the dishes, but it wasn't a problem.

For starters, we were served Tiger Prawn, Chicken Tikka, Fish fry and Mutton keema. I especially loved the Prawn and mutton keema.

Main course, Chicken, mutton and fish gravies served along with dosa and Chicken Briyani. Mutton was beautifully cooked.

For dessert, we got Gulab jamun, Kerala style payasam and Kesari. Everything was delicious, but the Kesari was out of this world.

Overall it was a great experience and loved every food that was served and no complaints at all. The price was 3500+ taxes. Not sure if I can afford to bring my whole family for dinner, I will have to break my bank for this.

Good setup, staff and ambience. It looks elegant and is elegant. We went for the set menu and I think it’s worth a try. We started with smaller course. While the quantify is unlimited, but it’s spicy enough that will give the tongues a better taste, so you can enjoy the authentic food much. Despite telling mild spicy, it was medium+. Staff is very courteous and accommodating.

went to the restaurant on Monday evening for dinner. Although it was quiet, there were mosquitoes close to our corner table.

Nothing wrong with the food itself; it was excellent. Everything was expertly and flawlessly made. The subject was excellent and unique. The pulao was cooked to perfection. However, I wish the dessert had more of a rose or elachi flavour. I found it to be a little boring.

It's a very happy and pleasant stay here. I am going to give full star to the hotel and there staff. I recommend to you please visit at once in your life and enjoy there hospitality.

This was my first time having total authentic South India food, and I would say I am going to have it 1000 times.

Visited Jamavar at Leela Palace on Feb 5 2023 for a Sunday Brunch. Took their set menu of Non-Veg Lunch. The meal started with paani Puri and an excellent soup. This was followed by starters Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Tikka, fish , prawn started and lamb cutlet. Fish and Prawn and Lamb cutlet were really excellent , chicken was usual nothing outstanding.

This was followed by bread course which included Naan basket and Dal Tadka, Fish Curry and Butter chicken and surprisingly Kal Dosa and Malabar Parotta

Dosa was a surprise and tasted fantastic, Parotta was really flaky and crisp and the gravies were really tasty.

The last was a pot of Lamb Biriyani which was good too followed by dessert

Desert was the only one i felt could be better. Gulab Jamun was hot and good but Phirni and Halwa was slightly low on flavour. Being last dish we expect this to be the best

Overall the restaurant exceeded my expectations, service was fast and friendly , especially our waiter Aakash who gave the right suggestions and getting food for my small son

At Jamvar Kitchen, Chef Loknath Manna works magic with flavors! The Ghee Roast was a standout, offering an authentic taste of Mangalore ghee roast. Coupled with the attentive service, it's a must-visit spot!

I went there yesterday and the place is like heaven and the taste was really awesome i ordered some main course awesome taste of dal makhani and breads are totaly cripy as i like and then i ordered gulab jamun and its so delicious that i have ever tried on this planet

It was a great choice to have dinner at jamavar.The Hospitality, Food Quality, Ambience and the Staff was good. I would highly recommend this place.
