Gucci - Mumbai Palladium

Gucci shop is located on Ground floor in Palladium Mall, Lower Parel - Mumbai. It is a international brand.

Gucci is an Italian high end luxury fashion house based in Florence, Italy. Its product lines include handbags, ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories, makeup, fragrances, and home decoration. Having Gucci products is a status symbol for rich people. The products are expensive.

had bought a pair of titanium sunglasses from Dubai, fabulous ones. on one of my trips they got damaged. I gave it to the Gucci store in Mumbai. they apparently sent it to singapore and it took a while before they could inform me that repairing the sunglasses would not be possible. they invited me to the store and graciously handed over a brand new pair of glasses.

in me they now have a customer for life.

after this experience my first choice for bags for my wife and daughter is always Gucci

Cannot cannot emphasize on the brilliant hospitality that Bhargavi Parab (one of the Gucci Staff) offered. Bhargavi was absolutely perfect at her job. So what makes me a fan of her? This..As soon as we entered the store.... we were greeted and acknowledged within 30 secs by her... And we had shopping bags.. So she offered to take care of them so that we have a seemless shopping experience.... I told her that i am visiting a Gucci store for the first time... So she gave me a whole tour of the entire Gucci store. She should be in the Front office department of a hotel instead. Best .Thank you Bhargavi for the experience.Loveed it

The girls working here are really sweet and professional, they hold good knowledge about what their brand represents. They didn’t rush into the process and helped me pick the right bag. Very happy with the purchase, great shopping experience.

Been here twice now and I must say I’ve loved it here both times!! The staff has always been really helpful and informative. The first time I was helped by a really sweet lady who had recently joined and the second time, I was assisted by the manager! She offered to order certain products from various locations across the country as they were not available in the Mumbai store. I don’t live in India anymore but I will continue to visit this store and the one in the Trident Hotel each time I’m back, just because of how nice and helpful the staff are! What a lovely contrast to the neighbouring Burberry store.

Very Happy with the service and the overall experience in the store. The store attendant greeted me and was very kind to help me with my bags. I wanted to buy a wedding gift for a friend and Sayali was kind enough to put together an assortment of few items that fit in my budget. Highly impressed with the efforts, ambience and the staff.

I have visited this store a couple of times and I love browsing through the shoes and handbags.
During my last visit I noticed that I was warmly greeted and offered refreshments. Though I was not intending to buy,the associate did offer me a tour of their latest collection and told me about the inspiration. I was happy with the over all experience.

The strange complaint I have with this brand is because they keep the bags affordable, a lot of people CA but it an it is easy to spot everywhere around. In all other ways this is a wonderful product.

Deserves every star on its meritorious work for decades of consistency in high quality.

This is it! This is what I always looking for in gucci. This gucci outlet in mumbai is 10000 times better then gucci store in delhi ncr. A’m glad i chose this store. Will visit again to buy more stuff from them. Definitely not going back to that delhi gucci store for sure🙌🏻🙌🏻
