Park Hyatt Hyderabad

Stayed at Park Hyatt for a week from 28 Jan 23. From the moment we stepped in, the service was truly fantastic. Although we were early, the front desk did it's best to get us room. (Thanks Liza for helping me!) The rooms were fine (everything worked well) and the food was excellent. What really stands out is the superb service culture at the hotel. Each and every member of the staff was excellent and authentic. I was, unfortunately, hit by a bug of sorts (not from the hotel) and needed medical attention about four in the morning. A doctor arrived within half an hour, and the prescription medicine followed just a while later. But after that, most of the front desk were aware and kept checking on my health. The duty manager even ensured that I received coconut water to help with healing. Like I said, the concern felt very authentic and I remain very impressed by just how strong the service culture is. A memorable 5-star experience for me.

We had an extended stay at the Park Hyatt for a family wedding. I can’t say enough about the terrific staff and fine service. Uniformly friendly, prompt and efficient. The breakfast buffet and Rika were excellent. We found the hotel cars clean and comfortable and best of all their drivers were very helpful and kept us safe in the crazy Hyderabad traffic!

The best hospitality in the city of Hyderabad, Rooms are available clean and comfortable, Staff is always friendly and well disciplined and the best views from the rooms and they have dine in with different types of foods, They have amenities GYM, SPA, Banquet hall and many more. People from various countries visit here and one of my brothers Boss from gulf country visited here and gave 5star rating for everything. Once in a lifetimeyou have to visit here 🙌❤

I attended the 2025 New Year's party at Park Hyatt "Arista," and it was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly, service was prompt, and the atmosphere was lively. However, I found the menu to be somewhat limited from a personal standpoint. Despite that, the dishes offered were excellent and delicious. Although the prices were a bit high, it's a place I wouldn't mind revisiting occasionally.

Nothing short of luxury...the room we booked and the amenities were worth the price.. having a vegetarian partner, it's hard to find a place that would serve both kind of food and assure that it is being prepared in separate kitchens.. someone recommended us this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience..

Visited a friend who stayed here for a week. What a wonderful hotel it is. Very beautiful, good interiors, spacious rooms, bath tubs inside bathrooms, great room service, delicious breakfast, and fast service.

At the price they charge, it's a good deal and worth it. Do stay here if it falls in your budget.

One of the best hotel Hyderabad has, excellent in every hospitality. I was at the Banquet Hall for an event the service was too good I can't miss to mention a girl from F&B department Ms Nikita, she's one of the best n most dedicated girl I have ever met!

They made our trip amazing. Excellent staff and organisation overall. Money well spent.

It was a great stay at Hotel Park Hyatt. We stayed at 2 BHK suit. We stayed there for 3 days in the month of oct 2023. It was a great accommodation. The cleanliness was well maintained. Room service was quick. There was enough cutlery in the kitchen for small party and celebration. There was a washroom for guests also at the entrance. So privacy is well maintained.
Staff at the reception was very polite and prompt. The electronic lock at the door got discharged and keys were not working. So staff sorted the problem very quickly.
Food was delicious.
I will recommend the hotel for a long stay.

Park Hyatt Hotel faces the main road, it's one of the best 5-star hotels in Hyderabad, there are meeting hall and a function hall in this hotel, and the interiors, lighting, and sound system are nice, and the stage is also provided the food is delicious, the services are good, the separate dining hall is by the side of the hall with VIP dining room, separate lavatories are provided for men and females. In this hotel, there is a restaurant, Spa, Gym. The rooms are also available for consumers, and the water bodies are there in this hotel, there is sufficient parking space in this hotel, and there are valet parking arrangements.

Excellent vibe was invited from VFS Global presentation. It was great platform to visit & in exchanging business ideas with them for Travel Peak Demand theme.

Equipped with modern amenities in the luxurious room with swift guest service.
The breakfast in the Dining room was awesome with Indian, continental spread coupled with great taste and hygiene factors.
The dinner in the Rika restaurant was filled with wide varieties of South Asian ,Italian and local cuisine options.
Comfortable and leisure stay away from home.

We’re regular visitors to Rima restaurant and we keep coming back for the excellent food. My daughter has gluten allergies and Chef Krishna went out of the way to make sure she had the most fantastic meal! Gluten free and so delicious and the variety, omg! The kind of care and attention we were given made us feel like we were at home and not a restaurant. Will be back for more and more.

Located at a prime area in Hyderabad. The service, staff and the facilities of the establishment were top notch. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth.
The business conference rooms also provided great space for conduction meetings. Overall a great experience to stay at the Park Hyatt Hyderabad.

One of the best hotels of Hyderabad. Always buzzing around. Very good interiors. It looks very rich. The tea we had was tasting different but it was good. The service is excellent. I had my lunch before coming here else would have tried the buffet.

I really liked this hotel, which I stayed at for business. I could only stay one night unfortunately. The hotel is not super flashy, as reflected by its price, but it's clean, conveniently located and quite modern. Service is great, and rooms are spacious, clean, and well aerated.

I wanted to give Rashmi, down at the Cafe', a big shout out. Professional, knowledgeable, super quick, friendly and just great to deal with, she waited my table and was fantastic. The food was okay, some good dishes including Hyderabadi specialties, but Rashmi made my dinner very special.
