The website doesn't work at all, neither provides right information, it constantly prompts to register complaint but doesn't register. I wanted to raise a complaint on AVASA builders Kondapur, Survey No. 34/1, situated at MADINAGUDA VILLAGE, Serilingampally Mandal against the builder Mr Gadiparthi Srinivasa rao, M/S Avasa Developers and their partners for indefinitely delaying the project and threatening customers for dire consequences

from Builder in Telangana

I wish to aware of all the above buyers who are sufferers like me,
wish to inform you that our TSRERA is working for protection of Builders/Promotors/Developers not for protection of Buyers,
It is my bitter experience. I suffered in the hands of Builder since 7 years as well as in the hands of RERA from 7 months. finally no out come from TSRERA. They increased rift between my Builder and myself. In addition in 6th hearing, Chairman Mr.N.SATYANARAYANA and other Board Member Mr. K.Srinivasa Rao insulted me before Builder by not hearing my pain and leave the court Hall by informing they have to go. Mr.N.satyanarayana upto 5th hearing he promised me to provide relief by terminating builder from project, cancellation of Middle cost escalation, and rent relief from 2019 and other expenses. in the 6th hearing he changed his voice and supports the builder and questioned me
WHY YOU HAVE PURCHASED WITHOUT HAVING RERA REGISTERED FLAT EVENTHOUGH YOU WORKED AS BRANCH MANAGER.
Chairman Mr. N.Satyanarayana and Member Mr. K.srinivasa Rao on the public platforms speaking like they and their working TSRERA will provide protection to buyers of flats innocently.,
But they harassed buyers and protect Builders in the process of conducting Hearings.
further I wish to inform you, that they are imposing penalty's on Builders and issued to News Papers for public but they don't bother about penalty collection/ imprisonment of Builder.
They are not followed RERA Act. Further they are giving their own judgements and like police settlements. They are not following RERA Act.
The Other member Mr.Lakshminarayana is sympathetic towards to buyer's problems but he is helpless as Chairman and other member Mr. K. Srinivasa Rao dominates the Board.

Finally my opinion on TSRERA is

IT IS BUILDERS/PROMOTORERS/DEVEPLOPERS RERA
BUT NOT BUYYERS RERA
The Dynamic Chief Minister will look into the matter of TSRERA and change completely by doing Favor to Buyers who are suffering.

no response from them i visited there office, for a delay in the project for GMR SPRING FIELD , BOLLARUM, where I purchased a plot in gmr spring field bollarum seeing under the project regsitered RERA , but time period is completed and only fifty percent work completed then how they are protecting customers i dont know. no response from them
My suggestion is dont see for rera registration see for the genuine buyers if not rera also we dont have issue
Dont trust RERA

I sought certain information under RTI Act 2005 in TSRERA office on 30-9-2022. Even though 5 months had lapsed, even after filing 1st Appeal no infn was furnished by the PIO of TSRERA. Is anybody gives suggestion on this issue ?

There website never works and also no reponse to any of customer queries…looks like it’s another builders friendly company…Please please support customers ( make your services friendly) help them and gain there trust…make Telangana Rera best in India ( know I think it’s last place).

Always it won't be opened, if opens later will show invalid user after enter the all correct details by me . Ultimately i decided to RERA OFFICE directly RERA . So do not depend on depend on this website, it is waste of time for us.

Not even a list of Projects approved by the Authority. Not even names of projects whose applications are received. This site is of no use as of now. Lets see a few more months.

Very poor service - even after so much struggling to register the applicant does not receive an email confirmation for OTP after several follow ups and nobody cares to address any issues a user faces

No one is answering the phone. Tried many times. Is this exist or not ?
