Went to this campus today. One of the oldest institutions in India, established in 1857. Such a majestic institution with a vast campus located opposite Chennai beach. I think it would be a nice experience to study in this campus

1857 Heritage buildings and Architecture of these old buildings are breathtaking!!

And it's completely surrounded by a lot and lots of places like Anna, MGR, JJ amma, Beach which makes students peaceful at all the time.

Useful for TNPSC Aspirants. Courses and Syllabus of many departments need revision. Degree courses approved by UGC!Hope the officials of UoM will change their attitude for the betterment of the university.

I visited this university for admission , those who are coming here for admission please plan and come .
I went to the admission building , the officials were bad I showed them the 10 & 12th migration certificate and transfer certificate, and they were asking for school tc and Tamil government certificate
They don’t even know what is nios or secondary or senior secondary and finally I have got admission
I hope the college management take action on these guys for the irresponsible behaviour

One of the oldest University of India located near the Bay of Bengal with the 2nd largest beach called Marine Beach. It's an interesting mix of Old and modern architecture of buildings inside the campus with many departments with variety of course. They provide regular classes inside the campus and also distance education, many colleges were affiliated with in it.

Awesome University. But Degree certificate they issueing is not so quality. Thay can laminate it and give to students. COE they respond very well regarding Masters degree certificate.
