I want to share that we visited Star Hospital in Hyderabad yesterday for treatment and were pleased with the excellent service provided.. We were particularly satisfied with the assistance provided by a staff member Yeshwant in facilitating our communication with doctors and conducting investigative tests.. This support enabled us to expedite our tasks at the hospital efficiently..

Best service ever received, the staff are like family and they took a really good care of us.

Dr. Gopichand is very knowledgeable person and very kind. He treated us very friendly, and opertion went great.

Priyanka (PPC) walked us through every step and helped us to get everything done in an informed way.

Overall, it was a great experience.

Had a very good experience. Hospital facilities are good. Executive Yeshwanth helped me a lot with the appointment, MRI scheduling and guided me through till the end. Great service.
Consulted Dr. Neeharika - She was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns very patiently.

Dr. Rawoof, the urology specialist surgeon is very loving and a highly skilled doctor. I am a senior citizen ( 80years old) and was in suffering when I was visited him. His reassuring attitude and prompt attention relieved my pain immediately. Staff working with him, especially Priyanka and Shalini, must be specially thanked for assisting and taking good care of me. Heartfelt thanks to all of them. Overall experience at Star Hispital Banjara Hills Hyderabad is very satisfying.
( I must also mention about the canteen. The food is real good, hygienic and very economical. )

This is a great hospital, I met Priyanka who was my guide for entire process. she is so knowledgeable and helpful to make me go through the test I needed and she took care of me from beginning to finish with a lot of amicable way. I seriously like Raghav Raju Garu who is a senior cardiologist, I prefer meeting him and most highly recommended.
Priyanka is the best of all and this hospital is seriously have great people.

We are very much thankful to Dr. Kiranmai Chakravarthy for successfully conducting LAVH surgery to wife .she is very much skilful and explained us clearly everything pre and post surgery. Mr.Yashwanth from PRE has supported from admit to the hospital till discharge.we are very much greatful to the nursing staff and other departmental staff who supported us during our stay in the hospital. Overall we are happy with the treatment received.

Hospital is no home for anyone but is a place where we expect to find help. And Star Hospital is the BEST one I have seen.
I have been very impressed and appreciate their service and Doctors.
Nurses are polite and helpful.
Other staff also cooperate well.

I have been visiting Star Hospital at Banjara Hills since last one year for treatment of my father’s kidney issues. Thanks to the treatment provided by Dr. Sridhar my father is completely fine now. Also all the staff specially Mr. Krishna are very helpful. Thanks Star hospital!!

Recently got done bypass surgery to my mother in law. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff Srikanth was excellent and Dr.Gopichand sir were excellent in all ways. Very good treatment and the doctors and staff were very friendly to us.

The services that my mother in law received from Dr.JYOTHSNA mam nephrologist were excellent.The staff MADHAVI MAM was friendly and ensured that I was properly informed about health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends.

I visited Dr Naveen Krishna and he is an excellent doctor. The staff is very helpful too specially Mrs Harika. She is exceptionally good at her work and was very compassionate. She understood my problem as I had to pick my children. Cheers to Mrs Harika.

Very Responsive and pleasing staff. They are having lot of respect towards patients. Moreover the doctors and treatment is very very good. I interacted with Rohita Mam for couple of times. She helped us a lot from beginning to end. thanks a lot for the response she has given each of the time
