We booked a 6-day trip to Thailand in December 2023 through Trinity World Holidays, and the entire planning process, which commenced three months prior, was an absolute delight. After contemplating various destinations, we settled on Thailand, and Praful Narayan from Trinity Holidays proved to be an invaluable resource. He shared a wealth of information and collaborated with us to create an itinerary tailored to our family's needs.

Trinity efficiently handled hotel and flight bookings, van rentals, and the logistics and access to various activities. Thanks to their meticulous planning, we were able to spend our time fully immersed in the vacation, enjoying quality moments with our family. Trinity's dedication went beyond mere arrangements—they established a dedicated WhatsApp group to promptly address any queries and provide updates during our vacation.

As is common with vacations, there were some last-minute changes. In our case, a request for wheelchair access for my elderly mother arose, and Trinity graciously and swiftly accommodated this need. They also orchestrated a delightful surprise for my niece by organizing a birthday cake during the vacation.

Furthermore, Trinity demonstrated exceptional flexibility by upgrading our hotel booking at the eleventh hour without us even requesting it. This thoughtful gesture placed us in a superior resort next to the beach in Phuket, enhancing our overall experience.

In conclusion, we highly recommend Trinity World Holidays and wholeheartedly intend to choose them for our future holidays. Special thanks to Rohini and the team for their impeccable coordination, guided by Praful's expertise.

We booked a trip to Madurai , Rameshwaram , thanjavur and trichy with Trinity tours and travels and they were awesome. They handled our entire trip from flight, to rental car, to hotel and temples. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent as trinity tours .they were also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. Special mention to the driver they provided Shanmugun Velu ,he was the best ever , he was polite ,helpful and a very good driver who made our whole experience pleasant , all the guides provided to us were great too and the best hotels were provided . They even handled our last minute flight cancellations smoothly , we did not have to worry about anything.We Highly recommend Trinity travels and would definitely chose them for our future vacations , special thanks to Monica Lopez from Bangalore office.

I am satisfied with this travel agency. We booked an international trip to Vietnam from this agent. Upon analysing the quotation of many travel agencies from Mumbai, we found this to be economic. This was the first time we tried booking a holiday using Trinity's services on recommendation of a friend and I must say the experience has been more than awesome. We were always tagged to a Trinity employee right from the enquiry stage who helped us with all the planning, through the booking formalities, onward journey readiness and ensuring everything is in place till the day we landed back in origin. We booked for a 5-6 day holiday in Kerala with a dedicated driver to take us around 3 places in Kerala. The driver was very polite and contributed a lot in making our trip memorable by taking us to the scenic sight seeing places, recommending us good food places, local activities (seeing Niligiri Tahr, kalaripayattu show, authentic handloom places etc.).
