Place is huge with lot of sitting area for the learning sessions. Every hour there is a sessions regarding features of iPhones.
iPhones and tablets were in display at ground floor and on the first floor they kept all other accessories.
Staff was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.
Location is good right on the entrance of BKC. Lot of parking available.

Being a loyal customer for 15+ years, Visited this place for live experience of products., It is overstaffed., You’ll find more enthusiastic staff who keeps on bumping customers disturbing their peace and ultimately defeating the purpose of experience store. But yes it’s a well maintained place. The mall looks upscale. Product exchange can be done across cross selection of products.

Apple stores have world class ambience & specially this was the first official store of India. All latest Apple products are available here. It’s typical Apple Store so behaviour of the staff is friendly & super cool.

Apple store so obviously has to be fancy. Design was impeccable as expected. They had most of the new items available. It’s interesting that the prices were more expensive that what it would cost in the U.S. by quite a margin so I’m just curious how are they making money and who is able to afford these items in India. Like a MacBook Air price would compare to a car price there. They are probably more expensive due to import taxes etc.

Amazing experience at India’s first Apple store. The entire store is such well kept, neat, clean and huge. The Apple in store people will help you to the best they can, they’re not gonna follow you and add pressure on you to buy. You’re free to roam and see and touch whatever product you fancy. The only Apple Store in Mumbai currently. The rest are Apple Premium Resellers. The experience at the Jio World Apple Store is nothing short of surreal. You are promptly attended by the Store executive who answers all your questions and after selling his product, gets your setup completed.

They conduct regular classes on photography using iphones among many which I attended and found to be very interesting as the trainer Adhi was knowledgeable and one hour session was just over without realising the time due to interesting aspects being shared and I certainly recommend for all tech enthusiasts
