Specially the nurse from the team MS Ramana is good and gentle with the child over all I can say it's an hastle free experience

Good hospital for especially for premium birthing care. Good coordination by all the hospital staff. Nursing staff are also efficient and polite towards patients and dedicated in their work. Finally i had a really good birthing experience for my first delivery.

Loved the experience at cloud9 hospital.. Perfect care which is needed for mother and child... staff/ nurses are very cordial and supportive... Always there to help..🙂 hospitality is amazing... We had a spcl lunch during the discharge..it was like a restaurant in the hospital ❤ made it very very spcl for us as a family.

Very good hospital and the staff. Doctors and nursing staff are very supportive, polite(unlike most of the hospitals in India), explains every information in detail and always available for help at any time of the day. It is our first time but the doctors and nursing staff helped us in handling the new born as we were not aware of a lot of things. Facility and the services provided are top class.

Sister Renuka was very nice and calm with the baby and very professionally did the ear piercing quickly.
Very happy with the way she conducted the process and arrived promptly after she was asked to come in place of another nurse in a last minute change due to some internal issue at the hospital of scheduling for the appointment.

She is very kind and knows her ways with the kids. I was so scared about the pain that my kid will get while piercing.. But now I am very happy with the experience . I am so happy that piercing was completely painless and my kid was happy with the process.. Dr venkateshwarlu is a friendly doctor and approachable attitude any time. He usually responds within minutes even at odd hours. Treats kids with patience and with a beautiful smile.

Maljini mam is one of the best doctors I've met. She is very detailed in explaining the process and i trust her decisions. Doctor is always available at any hour of the day over phone out of working hours in case of any assistance. Very happy to have been consulting with her.
The staff here is equally caring especially nurse Krishnaveni who has a very positive perspective.
So far the process has been really smooth and the hospital atmosphere is very pleasant.

I have joined for my delivery in birth place, Banjara hills. Dr. Girija Laxmi madam has treated me very well. Gave me moral support regarding delivery process and ensure that I can do normal delivery. Through out the whole delivery process all doctors and staff are very supportive and they all made my delivery happily ☺. After delivery also staff n nurses has treated very well, taken care of me and baby 24/7. I definitely recommend this hospital to everyone.
