Saidabad Colony post office, a small post office catering the needs of people in and around saidabad colony. It has not changed its address since 30 years, becoming a land mark for most of the people. Staff is friendly and supportive.

Most of the things can be done comfortably, but most of the devices and the environment is outdated which makes it harder to access some services easily. Good to see that they are still working. It has also become a landmark for most of the people to navigate places.

Now it is working very good far better than that of past facilities which are now their service was good and fast

Worst experience. The office person saying that they are not responsible for speed post documents. It's highly ridiculous. What's the difference between ordinary post and speed post. They are escaping from their responsibilities. We should not be encarauged such people

Lack of staff

I had a pathetic experience with them.They say Speed post is not their responsibility they don't even want to help. My consignment which has full address including pincode/mobile number was returned back with insufficient address. When I went to check with these guys for next steps they say go to COURT and file case against postal department. I said I will do it anyways let me know next step. They say go and check in google. Guys you need to be polite .You are not doing any favor to us.The same information can be given in better way.
