Anand Stall - Where Every Bite Tells a Mumbai Story
Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai, Jan 2024

Anand Stall in Vile Parle is not just a food joint; it's a Mumbai institution where each bite narrates a tale of the city's vibrant street food culture. From the legendary Vada Pav to fusion dosas and unique sandwich fillings, each dish bursts with flavors that dance on your palate.

Visiting Anand Stall is always a delightful experience, filled with warmth, laughter, and mouthwatering delicacies. I highly recommend trying their signature Vada Pav and innovative dosa creations.

This spot is the spirit of Mumbai's street food scene, avoid peek hours unless you enjoy parking acrobatics.

Food tastes great. They have many options under vadapav, sandwich, frankie and dosa. However, as it’s situated on a roadside, it’s difficult to find a parking space or to sit & eat. There’s a que for vadapav but it’s worth the wait. Prices seem reasonable.

Anand Stall, a go-to spot for college students, offers reasonably priced yet incredibly satisfying food. I recommend their famous Vada Pav and the Grilled Sandwich, it won’t disappoint you. The Grilled Sandwich, in particular, is not only generously portioned for one person but also has a delicious taste, it comes with a spicy green chutney. Perfect place for a quick bite! 🥪

This place has lots of memories in my life. And even today whenever I visit Mumbai, I make sure to visit here and have a meal for sure.
Anand Stall serves the best vada pavs, sandwhiches and dosas in the city. Near Vile Parle Railway station, exactly opposite to Mithibai College, this place is known best for its dosas. But yes You have to wait for your serviing and have to stand and eat.
Rest, its a worth worth trying place.

Hands down, this place will blow your mind when it comes to Fusion Dosa and Vada Pav as they are considered to be one of the best in the Business.
It is a paradise for street food lovers ! This cult joint located bang outside NMIMS needs no introduction.

F&B:

1) Tandoori Paneer Chilly Dosa (🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟):

You might have had a run at the Paneer Chilly dosa at various joints but I bet you never would have had the Tandoori version of it which is nowhere to be found in Mumbai except at this place. It is an explosion of flavours and cooked to perfection. The charred flavour in it when cooked on high lit coal is a game changer. You could literally feel the tandoori texture and flavour melt in your mouth with ever bite. And the best part was cheese was just a side kick and did not overpower the dish. A master of all the Dosa’s. Blindly go for it if you want to give yourself a spice treat.

2) Vada Pav (🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟):

I am not a big fan of grilled Vada pav and hence I went ahead and ordered the old school classic Vada Pav. Well after the first bite, I straight away knew why Bombay times had rewarded it to be the best Vada Pav in the City. The blend of Maharashtrian spices with Coriander seeds was a match had in heaven. Never have I ever had a more delectable Vada Pav balanced in all aspects like this.

You can also try their Melting Sandwich if you are a cheese fan !

Do try their best sellers and surely you’ll be embarking yourself for a great food experience.

My recent visit to Mumbai for Vada Pav and this place came as recommended for its energy and vibe.

Not disappointed as the butter Vada Pav for ₹25 lived to its expectations and I packed 2 for my kiddos at Bengaluru who cherished it as well that evening.

Don’t look for anything fancy as it’s a street side shop near college but the energy is vibrant!!

I would rate it gud in terms of taste and price , Had an amazing vada pav. Their chutney is equally good. The size and portion of vada pav is comparatively larger than others which are available in other food stalls. Must visit for street food love.

This place near mithibai college vile parle west. very famous fast-food corner for vada pav. after the only one bite you can realize why it's so famous. This place is so famous for not only vada paav. It has different kind of dosas and sandwiches. Everything was delicious and pocket friendly too. This place is king of Mumbai street food. Proximity to famous colleges has made it even more popular. You need to be really patient as it gets crowded during evenings. One can see line of sedans and SUVs parked around.
I have tried their famous sandwich, dosa and vada pao. All three are available in many variants and they are worth trying.💕
The garma garam Vada pav that Anand stall in Vile Parle west, which is just outside Mithibai college serves will definitely be one of the best's if not the best Vada Pav in town.😍

I recently tried the butter vada pav from Anand Stall, and it was absolutely delightful! The vada was perfectly crispy on the outside and deliciously spiced on the inside, and the generous amount of butter took it to another level. The pav was soft and fresh, making every bite a true delight. I highly recommend trying this iconic snack from Anand Stall for an authentic and mouthwatering experience!
