Got the car washed by 5k car care today, one of the finest job I have seen so far. Appreciate the hardwork put in by the team, will definitely revisit in the future.

Unlike most other car wash businesses, who quickly rush to (inefficiently) finish the job, just so they get paid and move on to the next customer vehicle, here at 5k CarCare their genuineness and their attention-to-detail on each and every vehicle is truly commendable !

At any given time, there are about 5 to 6 individuals who toil (interior vaccum, interior polishing, properly cleansing the a/c vents, including every nooks-and-corners, then prep for car wash, finally dry-wipe, including wheels polish) on your vehicle, which takes roughly between 1 to 1½ hours.

Towards the end, after a thorough wipe-down, have witnessed their proactiveness --- specifically my case, wherever possible in completely removing scratches on my car fender / body by using some sort of rubbing compound, and restoring its original paint sheen.. at NO additional cost !!

The staff here are polite, friendly, extremely patient, and have fun while working swiftly on your car..

At any given time, you will find this place always busy, and the number of vehicles that lineup here because of their services they provide stands as a testimony to its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Have been entrusting my vehicles (previously my sedan, now my MPV) to 5k CarCare, located in the basement parking of Mantra Mall, for many years now, and have NEVER EVER been disappointed !

Excellent work by the team, took little long but work was great.
I took my car local car wash near home, my car had full hard water stains it was returned as it is they told these hard water stains are not going, went to branded car wash they said they will only remove on paint body side window glass and chrome stains will not go.
I saw this mantra mall parking they said all stains will be removed after deep wash and. Teflon coating, and they delivered as promised.
