Kumarakom Heritage Resort & Ayurveda

A well kept and highly recommended stay in beautiful, scenic Kumarakom.

What a beautiful location, well kept grounds, beautiful rooms, and attentive service by all staff, who often went out of their way to treat us well. Often they checked in to make sure we didn’t miss meal times, booked us transport and more.

My husband and I stayed for four nights, and we were well taken care of. The ayurveda spa services were also thoughtfully done and very relaxing.

I especially enjoyed the beautiful old kerala architectural style in which the resort is built.

I highly recommend this place for a getaway! There are some fun places nearby to visit also- the bird sanctuary, good local authentic restaurants.

I stayed at KHR for 2 nights and I really enjoyed my stay here right from the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities available at the property.

Excellent heritage hotel, takes you back to 1920s. Sufficient parking space, rooms decored with wood designs, extremely caring and polite staff, neat and clean, swmming pool and spa are added highlights.

Good rooms, good service, rooms are neat and clean. Swimming pool is also clean. Food is also tasty. Property is maintained very good. Good heritage Property..

Everything about this property is perfection. The staff is highly trained, so friendly and at every turn goes above and beyond. Kumarakom Heritage resort is gorgeous. The food is delicious, and the spa is incredible. I went with my family, kids absolutely loved the place as it was
Packed with plenty of things to do. It would be amazing with family or as an adult getaway. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Simply great place! Serenity, peace, pure nature - everything is here.
It’s perfect to detox, relax, return back to your inner self.
You can enjoy horses, river kayaking, rice fields bicycling.
I love it. It helped me to calm down and heal inside.
As for materialistic things - it’s perfect as well. Food is tasty, staff is friendly and keen to help, everything is clean and tidy.

Wow. I cant even understand why you would give a Bad Review for this place. It is heaven on earth. The whole Ambiente is super nice. Palm trees, 2 cows and horses plus a Swimmingpool on the Premises. The food i ordered Was tasty. Also they did everything to please my 5 yo daughter. Thanks for having us :) 100 % recommendation

Very eco-friendly atmosphere. It gives the heritage feel of olden kerala homes. Very spacious rooms. Greenary is also an attraction. Good place to spend a day in affordable rate.

We have been there for 2 days and it has been an amazing journey! The resort is very charming and the staff too. The location is perfect (no noise) just the greenery and birds, perfect to have a break from reality. The food they made was amazing with the authenticity of Kerala! We want to thank all the team and especially Rajeev for their kindness and hospitality.

You can be impressed by the beautiful resort environment and the staff. History speaks everywhere in this resort. Traditional Keralas food will stick to your tongue. As long as you stay here you will feel like living in a different world. Ideal place to spend time with family.

A very good place with value for money. first I had an impression that it's a bar resort. But it's not like that . The bar is next door with separate entrance and parking. So we can enjoy without disturbance. The ambiance is very good.its a heritage resort well maintained. The staff is very good and polite. The food is ok, can't say very good.

I had the best time staying here at this beautiful heritage property. It’s well maintained with lush green garden and a pool in it. The room was nice, spacious & with a comfy bed.

Lot of things to do around like backwaters, bird scantuary, just walk around the paddy fields and cherish the beauty of Kerala.
