At Mainland China, I embarked on a fiery adventure by taking on the Spicy Bao Challenge, and it was an experience to remember. The spiciest bao in town certainly lived up to its reputation, delivering a punch of flavor with each bite. Resisting the urge to reach for water during the 60-second countdown added an extra thrill to the challenge.

Beyond the heat, the bao itself was expertly crafted, with a soft, pillowy texture that perfectly complemented the fiery filling. Accompanied by a selection of delightful cocktails and other mouthwatering dishes, the challenge was a true test of spice tolerance and culinary prowess.

We just cannot have enough of Mainland China food. Yesterday was our 4th visit in as many months. Our food order was more or less same, Chicken Monchow soup,Prawns in black pepper sauce ( 2 rounds of same dish yesterday. Can you believe it?) The bartender Arun made a very special Tequila based cocktail which I ordered but then everyone repeated the order as it was soo good. The wonderful staff Chiranjit, Brian, hostess Ayesha and Dinesh now recognize us and gave so much love and warmth that it makes our each visit more pleasurable than before. The law of diminishing returns has not kicked in yet till our 4th visit. Thank you team Mainland China Andheri Mumbai for giving us a wonderful evening as we drew curtains on 2023.

The ingredients used by chefs to cook dishes are fantastic. Herbs and spices included in All cuisine make each dish taste like heaven. We also can't forget about all the delicious types of sauces that make the dishes mouth-watering. Love new menu🤩

Definitely best places for Chinese and asian cuisine. Located at Andheri West. This restaurant has breathtaking Ambience and dim lights. It's a perfect place for a date or to enjoy time with family with amazing food. I tried their veg menu. Very tasty dimsums and momos. Definitely a must try here.

I had their cheesecake with icecream which was so so yummy. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend you to try this place for a wow experience of pan asian cuisine.

We tried many Asian delicacies and their signature cocktails.

I have found the new menu very interesting with the crafted cocktails in the gorgeous bar.

This place holds a special place in my heart. The food is delicious and hospitality is amazing . We got great suggestions from Dinesh who had in-depth knowledge of the dishes.
Our recommendations:

🥳Prawns Black Pepper Basil : A subtle preparation of fresh prawns in basil sauce
🥳Shangei Crab Meat Soup : Chunks of boneless crab meat soup slow cooked for amazing flavour
🥳Sanpei Claypot chicken : Served in authentic traditional claypot the sanpei chicken is lip smackingly good
🥳Chili XO Seafood Jasmine Rice : Loaded with crab meat and prawns this Jasmine rice is drool worthy
🥳Salted Caramel Tart : the best dessert on the menu must try a sweet mixture of blissfulness

Mainland China a legendary place almost for 30 years has now revamped the food and beverage menu that complements the new age and gen-z crowd too.

This outlet is quite great located, standalone with great parking space. Also reachable by public transport, just 2 mins away from Lower Oshiwara metro station.

The ambiance is so elegant for fine dining vibe. One can't resist complementing their work on everything right from ceiling, seats, bar, walls, partition and even the waiting area. Pretty good option for a romantic date.

Special mention for the new bar menu that's quite impressive. The signature cocktails are curated by famous mixologist from London. Drinks kept matching the oriental cuisine centered. We tried two drinks and were highly impressed.

1) Thai Vacay - A vodka and coconut rum based drink that's packed with flavours. Basil, mint, lemongrass hitting with each sip makes this a flavourful affair.

2) Blooming Tea Sprtizer - This drink is an artwork as the gin is infused with Jasmine. Elder flower cordial makes it more floral flavours packed. Adding a little sparkling wine to it makes it more flavorful. However the main attribute is the blooming tea, that keeps blooming and imparting the earthy flavours. Very impressive drink and my favorite on menu.

Let's talk about food : Always a great experience with food so would never go wrong with it.

1) Soup : Shangsi Crab Meat
What a spectacular soup it is! Most juiciest and sweet crab meat with little spices giving the flavours so perfect. Must order and its not even heavy.

2) Dimsums : Pearly Crab Dumpling

This one is most most favorite on menu now. The juicy and sweet crab meat complementing the soy broth very subtly.

3) Crispy Prawn Cheung Fun : This one is very delicious option. The rice paper rolls with crispy prawns and that soy broth drenched smooth goodness makes it a different experience.

4) Sichuan Peppercorn Numbing Chicken : This is a famous spicy Chicken recipe also known as Chengdu chicken or Chongqing chicken. Loaded with sichuan chillies, salted chicken pieces and peppers and peanuts. This one is spicy and make sure you dont eat the chillies.

Main course : We chose the best dishes recommended by server Ratnesh as he did best job earlier.

1) Cantonese King Prawn Blackpepper sauce : Lovely spicy and flavorful sauce and those huge sized prawns were absolutely delicious. A total delight if paired with nice fried rice.

We had this with super flavorful Chilli XO seafood Jasmine rice which paired very well with the curry. This rice had nice prawns pieces and fish pieces.

Dessert: It was confusion to choose the show stopper but then we were recommended Berry Forest by Ratnesh.

Its the most beautifully presented Dessert I feel. A bowl full of cake crumb and berries and a scoop of berry ice cream and a chocolate stick holding the luscious Candy Floss the entire beautiful plated dessert is brought with a plate of dry ice giving smokes all over.

As always the food, service and ambiance has been the best. Best fine dine in Mumbai. Pricing wise its still not that bomb I feel. Definitely visiting again for more cocktails and some new dishes.

Mainland China, Has been standing strong for many years and will definitely continue to do so in the future as well. Be it the food or the service, they won't let you down at all. Food is top-notch with maintained authenticity to it. The place is located just opposite Infinity Mall and upon entering this lovely dining place you can notice the huge space. It's more of fine dining with a range of food options.

They Al-a-carte as well as buffet style, so it's a personal choice with whatever is okay.
When it comes to Asian food, they have great sushi options, mouth-watering dumplings, and scrumptious Thai delicacies. Also, they have introduced a new menu which I did try out and it was definitely one heavenly meal.
Good portions to be precise, a single portion can be easily had by 2 people.

Started off with few portions of
"Pan Fried BBQ Fish"
"Lemon Grass Prawns"
"Coriander Chicken" This was the best.

Even tried a range of dumplings and I have a thing for it anyways. Gotta recommend the "Philadelphia Cheese Dumplings" & "Pan Fried Japanese Mushroom Dumplings". Kudos to the chef for making such amazing food.

The mains definitely had to tried and we had "Lotus Leaf Rice" accompanied by a decent portion of "Chicken In Roasted Garlic Sauce". Even tried a small portion of "Singapore Style Fired Noddles with Bean Sprout". A good amount of veggies, fabulous quantity, and the gravy complimented the rice and noodles. Worth it.

We finished our meal on a very sinful and decadent note with a huge portion of "Chocolate Dome". Well presented and extremely well crafted. For those who love chocolate, this is a definite pick for them.

Nothing to complain because everything was just perfect. It's the best place to land up for a good Asian experience.

This revamped Mainland China is so good.
I recently visited them and loved the new menu.
My favorites were the veg puffs, Cheung Fung, stir-fried mushrooms, rock corn, truffle edamame fried rice and chilli oil dimsums.

They have interesting cocktails and desserts.

You definitely need to try the food here.

I visit this place from last two decades! The food is amazing and affordable!

I wanted to order for a long time from them but it was getting delayed.
Finally I ordered from them.
The food was very good in quantity as well as quality.
Packaging was also as expected.
The menu has a lot of variety.
Price u can find little expensive but you will get that taste.
Teriyaki chicken - the taste is still fresh in my mind.
It was well mixed, perfect flavours.
Basil flavoured chicken dumpling - This was well stemmed, it remained hot for a long time, the filling was just so perfect, made my day.
Main egg and chicken fried rice - I liked this dish but I think I myself should have gone for something more flavoury or spicy.
Brownie- This was yummy and this remained hot for a longer time as well.
I would recommend this place to all.

1) lung fung:The aroma of soup was amazing it has fresh herbs and minced chicken chunks with warn soothing taste
**Dimsums**:
1) The Dimsums had 2 types one with nonveg filling ie chicken and another with veg filling ie cabbage, carrot, coriander chopped finely. The taste was just mesmerizing each bite was super juicy with freshly hot piping steamed chicken & veg dimsums
**Appetizers**:
1) Diced chicken with assorted peper:
This dish was same like chicken chilly but had lots of green veggies tossed under sizzling sauce just mouth watering
**Mains**:
1)Tsing hoi chicken: This chicken gravy was thick some what like starter but the juicy tender meat of chicken was delicious accompanied by steam rice
2)Mandarian Fish: It was a crispy fish deep fried with lots of spices yet another scrumptious dish
**Rice & Noodles**:
1) Celery & chinese cabbage fried rice: The rice had proper amount of sauces & speciality was the cabbage which was so crunchy & lots of fresh veggies were tossed among them
2)Woked tossed vegetable noodles:To every chinese lover noodles is go to dish. Same with mine I had a wonderful experience having this tossed noodles with lots of fresh veggies like carrot, zucchini, cabbage etc
**Desserts**:
Every one has a special place in heart for dessert/sweeth tooth lovers:
We had variety of desserts starting with:
1)Honey noodles with vanilla ice-cream: crunchy deep fried glazed honey noodles with pinch of cinnamon and overloaded vaniall icecream was a scrumptious dessert
2) chocolate rolls: The rolls were filled with cold dark chocolate and tender outer layer you can see the amazing circle design of rolls with 2 layers dark& light chocolate.

Mainland China is located near Oh! Calcutta in Veera Desai. The opulent atmosphere exudes true Asian emotions!
My favorite Chinese location has always been mainland China. I adore their vast menu, which includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian alternatives.

The personnel is friendly and prompt with their service. They provide the greatest selections for you to choose from based on your preferences and tastes. So follow their advice and you will never go wrong.

Lung Fung soup, any of their dim sum, and chocolate rolls are all must-tries (the best part).
We have never been disappointed with mainland China, primarily because of the prompt and courteous service.

Their 10 Course Lunch Menu is currently available for @625 and is a great option if you are looking to host big parties or want to try some Asian food with your friends.

P.S: Try eating with their chopsticks, it is a great experience ;)

To all the foodies out there mainland china has introduced a new family meal in which you can enjoy a great meal with many varieties.

As they have a option for veg and Non-Veg as well to try on and some yummy delicious right from the Appetizers to mains and a dessert as well.

As this meal is complete fo a family of four and can enjoy your cravings.

This meal contains fried rice steam Appetizers and noodles which were amazing in taste totally loved it .

I would surely recommend this family meal next time you think of ordering Chinese food it better be Mainland China because it's worth it.
