Gleneagles Global Hospitals - Best Multi-specialty Hospital In Hyderabad

My Mother in law was taken good care here recently. The staff and doctors are very communicative and courteous. Staff nurses Ramya and Aruna and Sailaja who are under Niharika did a great job and I will recommend them any time

My review is about the Global Hospitals Chennai and Dr. Joy Varghese sir.

1. My wife K.Rathna Kumari, is the patient ( from Hyderabad) of CLD -PBC since the year 2010 at this hospital , under the able treatment of Dr Joy Varghese sir. We were introduced to this hospital by none other than the MD & CEO of the hospital shri Ravindranath gaaru, in December 2010, who advised Dr Joy sir to treat my wife and take care of her health.

2. Right from that day, since December 2010, my wife is under the able treatment of Joy sir. He gives utmost priority to the patient , asks about her condition, hears the patient very patiently, suggests the required medication, which gives full confidence to the patient and helps to get cured fast.

3. This great noble service, made the patient / us to continue the treatment, all these 14 years, even after we moved out of Chennai . Since 2015, we are continuing to visit Joy sir from Hyderabad, where we got settled after retirement.
4. The hospital is well equipped with all facilities, great ambience, good counter staff to guide and serve the patients, particularly the staff in Hepatology department. We are very happy to take the treatment from this hospital.
5. Overall our experience is wonderful with Dr. Joy sir, with the Hepatology department, with the Hospital and are greatful to them. We wish the Doctor and the Hospital continue to treat and take care of the patients, always.

I had a great time with the services provided by the hospital right from the joining to the discharge. The front desk team during joining was very helpful thanks to Poornima . The ERY team was way too good as they calmed our tension and made us feel better. Thanks to the duty doctor Arif and Dr Razi. My Mother, Bassamma was diagnosed with Blockages in the arteries which needed CABG (open heart surgery). Patient named VVS Sastry was admitted on02.03.2024 with liver problem and was under treatment by Dr. Chandan kumar. During our two days stay, doctors as well as the nursing staff viz., Niharika, Aruna, Anjali, Swetha, Ramya and housekeeping staff's services needs to be appreciated. Thanks to all of them.

My dad, G V N Raju has undergone Liver Transplant Surgery due to Liver Cirrhosis. Dr. Chandan Kumar is just an amazing doctor who guided us very well. He has been very patient and supportive. The surgery was successful. We kindly thank Dr. Srinivas Reddy, Dr. Raja Gopal, Dr. Amarnath who are the surgery team. They are the best. We also thank the coordinators Srinivas and Jayalakshmi gaaru for guiding us thought this entire process.

My sister who is the donor has also recovered well without any issues.

The nursing team in LICU and 4th floor have taken excellent care of my sister and dad. They are very kind, patient, caring in their service.I heartfully like to thank Sisters Lidia, Jayanti, Srujarani, Sai Lakshmi, Kavita, Pavitra, Tirupatamma, Ashwati, Nandini, Ludia and brothers Veeranna, Hanumanth and Shyam who have provided excellent care. Also would like to thank the Dietician and her team for their guidance post surgery. The food services have also been very satisfactory. We thank Gleneagles Global hospital for the excellent services and care provided.

We consulted Dr Aslam Baba for my Mom's gall bladder stone problem. Dr Aslam Baba is simply awesome. he very patiently listens to the problem and suggests the best possible treatment for the problem. He is very knowledgeable and a humble person. We felt as if we were talking to our family member and that built immense confidence in us for the surgery.
