Came to SCB Chandigarh branch today and met Bhanushree Gupta for access of online banking, she was quick and smart and was very kind to help me. I am highly impressed by her passion towards her work 👍

I had a query regarding my digital banking that no other bank was able to solve ; Dimpy malik ma'am and Bhanushree ma'am on the other hand resolved my issue within minutes and without any hassle. I recommend their services to everyone in need of premium banking services.

Visited the branch for some long pending issue..

Earlier i have very bad experience with this bank but yesterday when i visited the bank and met Bhanushree on 1st counter, my views for this bank changed from bad to excellent.

Standard Chartered Bank has been our go to bank for years now. Excellent customer service and our RM Ms Dimpy Malik makes sure all goes smoothly every time we need anything. Very courteous and friendly staff right down from Ms Avneet to all the people in the branch. Keep up the good work!

My association with the bank goes back to nearly 6 years plus nd till now I hv been nicely catered by the local Executives nd Heads. Not a single incident where I hv not been taken care. Presently Dimpy Mam is taking care nd she is extremely courteous nd her responding back on the issue is great. All r very comfortable to deal with.

I basically had a salary account here of which I wasn't aware if it still a salary account or converted into a normal account.
It's right on the road visible from the main road, but this market has parking problems but you find one eventually.
The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They checked and resolved my query at their very best time and upto my satisfaction.
They maintained all the norms of social distancing and were strict in wearing masks as well.
They have seperate counters for your queries which also makes it easy for you to get your work done easier and faster.
So, overall I hardly have to walk up to the bank as all their facilities are available through their mobile application and net banking. In case anything else you need, their phone banking is also very effective.
If you need very good banking service, then I would suggest that this is one of the banks which can provide you a world class facility which you would eventually relish in some way or the other.
So enjoy if you are already taking their services

Pleasantly surprised at the speed with which my account was opened. Card and cheque book delivery happened within 3 days as well. Highly proactive customer support over phone. Excellent tea and coffee served there in the waiting area!

World's best bank...
I opened my account with this very bank in mid 2019... Since then, I never had to visit the bank branch for anything... Everything could be done just via a toll free number....
Only the problem is that there is only 1 branch in Punjab State i.e. in Chandigarh sector 9-C near Petrol pump....😔 Now, that is a problem BUT still 5 ⭐ rating from my side...Very helpfull staff...Really good offers are provided by the bank..there are different options to opt your debit card(Points card, Cashback card and many more)..

All transactions are free from any ATM without any service fee and you can withdraw money from any bank unlimited times(even more than 100 transactions from any other bank ATMs in a single day) 😀

My friends are so jealous sometimes when they come to know about my bank's services as those guys can withdraw money only from their bank's ATM for like 30 times per month and after that service fee is deducted per withdrawal And they can't withdraw money from other bank's ATM as service fee would be deducted....lolz...but true..

Standard Chartered Bank is one of the World's Best Bank... I sometimes feel very honoured to be a member of this family...
