Good food, great taste and variety.
Rates are a bit on the higher side but worth trying if you want to have an experience of authentic South Indian food.
Lots of varieties available. I tried the Special Paneer Dosa. It was stuffed to the brim and heavy. Very good taste.
The Sambar was hot and thick. Both red and white chutney was given, both were good in taste.
They also have an outlet in Sector 15.
Thi outlet in 47D is located in the market. There are a lot of South Indian Food restaurants in the same line.
Most of the times there is quite a bit of waiting here. Be prepared to wait approx. 10 minutes on average.

It was my first try on South Indian cuisine at Chandigarh and I can say it's one of the best.
I ate Vada sambar and it was delicious

One of the old gem of the tricity that is not known to many people, but the ones who know are a regular customer here. This place serves authentic style south indian food at a reasonable price. We ordered masala dosa, nihari sharbat, filter coffee and sambar vada. The taste is very good and you can also try rawa dosas and uthapam as well. You must try their filter coffee. One of the few places who actually serve authentic filter coffee.

I was craving for eating authentic south indian food .. found this place and visited here ... one of the best south indian food i ever had in Chandigarh .. tried their Uttapam , idli sambar and filter coffee ... as i stayed in south for 5 years ... i can say that taste is very close to authentic south Indian.... 👍👍👍👍

Hot spot for south indian food lovers. Sambar taste typical as it is South India. All staff is south indian too so language is not a barrier for south indians here.
- best dishes: rawa masala dosa, mysore dosa, ring parantha
- filter coffee is also available.
- only negative is that its situated little outside the main city.

Food is good but taste is not maintained, feeling like every time change in quality of sambar or filling of dosa.

This is a great eatery in the unassuming commonplace settings of a crowded market of sector 47.
From outside it gives the appearance of just another place to eat but the proof lies in the eating.
Generally a well subscribed place more so during lunch timings. It has two floors to sit and eat with a ' no frill ' settings of long tables and chairs. A separate shop is used as a mother kitchen to cater for ever increasing crowd of south Indian food lovers .
As you enter ,the charateristic aroma of South Indian food fills your senses fuelling the appetite. The dishes served in steel utensils has a clever touch of authenticity of South with mild modifications to satiate the taste buds of a North Indian palate.
The helpings are large enough to help stomach and generous refills of curry and chutneys are available without extra charges.
I recommend this eatery for both the hungry and gourmet.

Tasty south indian food. I have ordered paneer uttpam and desi ghee mix uttpam. And the taste was awesome. You should definitely give it a try if you wanna try south Indian Cuisine in Chandigarh.

A variety of dosas are there and all are delicious 😍. Pocket-friendly place.
A must visit if you are fond of South Indian food.
The weekend place is packed and needs to wait for a maximum of 10-15 mins.
Parking is not a problem as it is in the main market.

Without any doubt - this is the place to try in e tire tricity ( CHD, Mohali, Panchkula ).
Authentic taste - happy staff - quick service and awesome ‘FRESH’ food.

Highlighted fresh as this is the only place where you can have crunchy, crisp vadas - properly fried and fresh.

Apart from all the awesome dosas they serve do try their kerala parotha served with korma.

Undoubtedly the best South Indian place in chandigarh. It looks a bit shady on the outside but the food is good. They also have a seating on first floor, which is better and for families.

We had butter garlic podi dosa (it was amazing), idlis were super soft. Coffee was extraordinarily great also we tried palm sugar hot milk (it was a bit too sweet for my taste). A must visit place if you want to have authentic South Indian food.

All about South Indian food, I got almost the same test, once I had a visit to Andhrapradesh and Tamilnadu, Paratha could be more authentic The overall experience is good, at least one visit is needed if you like South Indian food.

It's a very good south Indian food restaurant. I'll recommend it again. It has every type of South Indian food with great taste and reasonable price and service is also nice. They don't delay much.

One of the best places in town for South Indian food. Dosa, Vada, Idli, Parotta, Rava Kesari... Everything is nice and prices are good. This is one of the very few places you can get upma and good filter coffee.
Go visit or order online. Will be worth it.

Excellent south indian food, tamilnadu people can bolding go n eat like their home food, 50% stuff knows tamil language, mariyappan server was so humble in serving us the breakfast with smiles, definitely reccomend for all tamil tourists n south Indians tourist as well
