I bought 3+2 wooden sofa on the exhibition happened at Neelankarai on Mar 10th 2024. Sales representative Mr. Palanivel explained all products and finally we choose 3+2 reeper sofa. They gave five year warranty for cushion. We satisfied with our purchase. They delivered the product after ten days. They delivered the same product which we ordered. We made right choice. Worst business I've ever dealt with. Please keep away for your own good. I booked some furniture in their stall during one of the exhibitions in Chennai Trade Centre. Gave them ample time for delivery and kept following up. No response from owner. Very callous attitude and poor customer service. I hope they will deliver soon.

4. Hopeless staff
5. Money swindlers
7. Unresponsive contact details always shared

If there is provision for govt
To close shop - Govt should do it.

Whoever is the owner is to be blamed - as it’s his value and ethics which percolated
