I travelled from Vancouver (Canada) to Chandigarh for treatment of my back injury at Sterling Sports and Spine Physiotherapy Centre. This clinic was strongly referred to me by my family member who had earlier received treatment from here couple of years back. Throughout my journey from Canada to Chandigarh, i had to travel by lying down. I met Dr. Gaurav the very next day when i landed. He diagnosed the issue to be a couple of disc bulging out, which the MRI later confirmed. Since i was on a time bound schedule, i was advised by Dr. Gaurav, he needed at least 4-6 weeks to send me back home in fit condition. Right on track, i progressed in Week 1 - complete pain relief, Week 2 - regained stability and body posture, Week 3 to 5 - Concentrated on back strengthening exercises. Week 6 - Back to Canada. I am truly obligated to Dr. Gaurav, in managing the pain relief and rehab program very accurately in a timely manner. His continuous monitoring, and the special care taken by his team of doctors - Dr. Manpreet, Dr. Ninderpreet, Dr. Bhagya and Dr. Komal - always prompted me to follow the stipulated exercise schedule. I wish the whole team a huge success. I highly recommend Dr. Gaurav's Clinic for any spine related injuries. They focus on all patients and follow a strict rehab schedule.

I m very happy that I came to sterling sports physiotherapy centre when I was in extreme severe back pain. I was very much worried and confused at that time becoj I went to many places to get rid of this pain, then one of my friend who is a gym trainer referred me to this centre. I consult to Dr Gaurav and was diagnosed with Discogenic LBP. I did my rehab for almost three months. Dr Gaurav and whole sterling team, Dr Komal , Dr Manpreet, Dr Ninderpreet, Dr Gagandeep, Dr yashika and Dr Pooja helped me during this phase while maintaining my rehab protocol and did changes time to time.. The best physio team in the town!

I had developed Tennis Elbow after playing badminton and went to almost 3 doctors before I finally met Gaurav Sir. The problem was properly diagnosed & 3 weeks of physio was advised.

I started feeling better within just a few days. During the entire duration of physio the team took full care. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would also like to appreciate Dr. Jyoti - As she was regularly monitoring the situation.

As I write this review - I'm thankful to the entire team of Sterling Physiotherapy Centre.

Don't think twice before visiting.

Dr Gaurav Sharma and his team are the best . I had been suffering from back pain for some time and was struggling to get back on the field but Gaurav sir healed my back and his treatment made me even stronger .

I was suffering from lower back disc bulge from a year. Had visited couple of doctors and physiotherapist but was not able to recover completely.
When I visited doctor Gaurav he was quite confident on the recovery. He clearly mentioned that recovery will take around 2-3 months and didn't give any false hopes. It took me around 3 months to recover.
I am writing this review post recovery after 2 months.
Couple of things to consider before starting here:
1. Generally the session takes around 2-3 hours which includes series of exercises and there is dedicated therapist to assist you. My therapist Jyoti was really skilled and always motivated for my recovery.
2. Doctor will ask for regularity and is quite strict if you miss any session which is important if you want recovery.
3. Session is more inclined on exercise rather then machines as exercise will ultimate cure the body naturally.
4. Each session charge is 1000 rs. which can be reduced in a package.
5. Along with all above points patience and dedication is the most important thing.

I am really thankful for whole sterling's team to help me with my recovery.

The best physio team!

I met with an accident and was diagnosed ankle injury and ligament issue. I got treatment form some other doctor but the problem reoccurred. Then I visited Dr. Gaurav who diagnosed it effectively and told me that 45 sessions are required and the way he and his team handled my injury and guided me was great.

I started feeling better within just a few days. During the entire duration of physio the team took full care and the environment is very positive. Everyone is friendly and helpful from the doctors to the receptionist and the helpers. I would also like to appreciate the entire team Dr. Gagan, Dr. Komal, Dr. Ninder, Dr. Manpreet, Dr. Pooja for monitoring it regularly and treating my injury.

Best physio ever met. I was diagnosed with disc bulge with nerve root compression 3 years back, gone through lot of doctors and physio's in Punjab with no improvement. Came from canada for proper rehab under Dr
Gaurav's guidance. Recovered fully after 4 months rehab and now i am back on field. Thanks to him and staff who supported me throughout my rehab.

Dr Gaurav is best Physiotherapist in Tricity. When I was struggling with severe lower back pain and all Orthopedic Surgeons and even few Physiotherapist were recommending only option as surgery and at that point of time with his knowledge & training the surgery was avoided and I am back to normal life.

Words could never do justice to what Gaurav Sir has done for me. His skill at his work and the hours he's put on me after work is something I'll always be thankful for and never forget. I suffered a lower back injury which included a disc diffuse in L4-L5, a 5.3 mm tear and a slip in the tail bone and thanks to his expertise all of this got fixed in just a span of 2 months. I can bet no physio could ever get me back on the field so quick and unfortunately there's no one i would ever trust with my body besides Gaurav Sir. The best physio in town! Dr.Gaurav is a highly knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist and is a master at his craft. I came to the Sterling Sports and Spine Physiotherapy centre with a severe disc herniation which was causing me immense pain and discomfort and had almost made it impossible to perform normal day to day activities, much less play my sport. Other specialists I had gone to suggested surgery straight away, but Dr. Gaurav was the first person to assure me that only physiotherapy would be required. He not only reduced the pain and discomfort very quickly, he got me back on the field in record time! Along with the rehabilitation exercises, which realigned and strengthened my spine, he also suggested some biomechanical changes to my bowling action that helped me going forward. I played my first match after the injury in less than half the time other "specialists" had suggested. He helped me in the same way with a SLAP tear I had in my shoulder a little while later. The staff at the centre is very competent and always have a positive attitude. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a physio to pay him a visit!
