The staff is excellent! The two women who helped with the items are knowledgeable and professional. They know about the products, options, and also gave good insight about what was customizable or not. Very happy with the in-person dealing. Unfortunately, the app/website/phone customer service support is very poor, and that's a shame as the sales staff is doing its best to make customers while the so called customer service is bent upon destroying customer base. All the best to the staff at the store, the rest is lousy.
