I had a visit to U Turn Cafe and found it to be a comfortable spot for a relaxed evening.

The ambience was pleasant, and while it wasn't overly crowded, it provided a nice environment to enjoy some beer and snacks.

The music was a bit on the quieter side, which might not suit everyone, especially in the evening when it can get a bit warm. The staff, although a bit bothersome at times, didn't hamper the overall chill vibe of the place.

It's a good choice if you're looking for a laid-back hangout.

We were looking for a good restaurant to have our team lunch. And when browsing Zomato, we came upon this and thought of having our financial-year end party here.

The restaurant is located on the 4th floor and on top of the evergreen building near the Khar railway station. The restaurant is not too big, but the layout is elegant, with a sofa-like seating arrangement at one end with a table in between. The restaurant also serves hookah for people who want to do it.

Coming to the food, we started with many sides and starters, including cheese corn balls, chilly cheese toast, bruschetta, cheese garlic bread, etc. Every item that I have tasted was one of the best I have ever tasted after visiting so many restaurants. But the chilly cheese toast and the cheese garlic bread were supremely tasty. The perfect cooking and the tons of loaded cheese on top made it delicious to delve into those.

For the main course, we ordered garlic naan, paratha, butter kulcha, and two portions of Veg. Kolhapuri and Butter paneer masala each. The Indian bread, all of them tasted excellent and were made really well. All of them were absolutely soft, and the amount of Butter on them improved the taste significantly. Each of the main course vegetables was delicious too. The butter paneer masala, one of my favorite main courses to try, was delicious. The paneer was fresh and soft, and the gravy was also not very spicy. On the other hand, the Veg. Kolhapuri was on the spicier side with a rich combination of delectable vegetables such as french beans, carrots, peas, etc.

We also tried out a few platters. I loved one Veg. platter particularly. It was a combination of veggies stuffed together, including Veg. lollipop and grilled potatoes, flame-grilled baby corns, bell peppers, etc. While the other was a Veg. starter platter that included two types of paneer tikkas (red and green), Veg and paneer Manchurian, and other starters.

There were also non-vegetarians in the group and what they tasted was also delicious is what was the feedback (since I am vegetarian so could not write in detail). Also, the restaurant staff was really professional, and they served the entire 24 member team well. All in all, I would say we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend trying out the place. The hospitality, food, and service are outstanding.

Fabulous atmosphere. Open air restaurant with great Sheesha, cocktails and 3 types of cuisines, Continental Indian & Chinese. A must visit for anyone who loves open air restaurants! 5 stars all the way!
