So far the best high end Gated community apartment complex I have seen. Excellent cleanliness standards and courteous staff, make one to reach out to the price. Best club house I have seen so far.

Famous Venture with a good Family atmosphere. Best for Children and kids who study Primary school. This place is best for all sports activities

I am a owner of a flat in Aparna one. And the project seemed expensive earlier but now it looks cheaper. And the location is great with ring road being only 3 Km away. Large space and ceiling height is nice give u open and large feeling. The Balcony is very spacious. I think because of Aparna manny new projects are offering similar construction work. And above all timely delivery is a cherry on the cake.

I’m owner of flat at Aparna One. Very good quality and ambiance. Inshallah we will enjoy this gated community. Any owner association group, please let me know.

Will be moving there shortly so far my experience is good with quality of work. Delivery is delayed but I am positive to go live there.

There will never be such a big and such a premium gated community so close to Jubilee hills and banjara hills as there is no land available. Prices in these areas will become like prime areas in Bangalore where aprtments sell at over 40k per sft. My guess is 5 to 10 years from now prices in these locations will become unimaginable.

Excellent construction with very good ceiling hight and all amenities with home automation Aparna one is going to deliver separate maid room with toilet huge balcony.

Only 5 towers in 10 acres will mean lot of open space. Upto 11k is a good price. Is 12k high?

Excellent location and specifications.
Actually most of the peoples over here who are writing the review are in a income bracket who can not afford this project. And those who are actual buyers will not have time or inclination to write review here. :) ;)
