Chief Commissioner Of Land Administration

Today I visited this place and observed following.
1. Firstly they will ask you to wait in AC conference hall (never had this hospitality in any government office)
2. The staff was very responsible, specially the female officer who sits beside Naveen sir's Chamber was very cool and taking care of things with utmost priority.
3. They will give you the token first and within one hour they will call you and explain the issu if not in their bucket. Most of the issues are pending with respective district collector office. Please check the status in Dharani portal then visit CCLA if the status shows "Approved by Collector"

The overall experience with CCLA was **excellent***.

I have been visiting the office quite a number times in the last month in connection with our Ex Servicemen colony Vijayanagar , lease conversion.

The Director Madam , 8a absolutely dynamic and meets all the guys there with grievances and also redresses them .
All staff in assignment wing are also extremely helpful . ...
Ofcource they are bound by rules and govt provisions

CHIEF COMMISSIONER OF LAND & ADMINISTRATION ( CCLA ) IS SITUATED AT ABIDS NAMPALLY STN ROAD OPPOSITE TO ANNAPURNA HOTEL BESIDE BSNL OFFICE BEHIND HYDERABAD COLLECTORATE NICE GOVT OFFICE WHERE LAND RELATED ISSUES WILL BE RESOLVED .

Well known employees are there and they have good services motive.

All good counselling also good

This place also prime location and the entire land records of Telangana State are available, previously united State of AP records also preserved here.

Office is at easy address and near to Nampally metro

Very good sight to know the land record

Plz protect Revenue department
