Traveled from Hyderabad to Vizag on 06-12-2023. It was a New Bus with Excellent Interior. It has TV , AC and Mobile charging points.

Bad experience my life bus dely 6 hr above, staff not supported , i asked why late they said my boss order, we took the passengers another bus so that is the reason route map issue they went rjy after they came tadipalligudam and went ynm afternoon 1.30pm

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the bus service. I booked sleeper class tickets from Hyderabad to Kakinada. The bus was delayed by two hours at the pick-up point, and both the driver and conductor were actively seeking additional passengers to occupy vacant seats. The driver's cabin had around seven extra passengers, contributing to excessive noise that disrupted our entire sleep.

Issues:
- Schedule: More than a 3-hour delay.
- Cleanliness: Poor.
- Driver and Staff behavior: Very rude.
- Bus condition: Very Very Bad Condition.
- No lights, No water bottle given.
- AC condition too bad.

Very worst services I travel 11 th April hyd to ynm , they reached afternoon 2pm management not response properly , they behived very rudley

Very bad service, I traveled 11 April they stoped cite outcuts and 3hrs above and another bus passengers they dumped they spoked very rudly

How insane kvr tours management is…
My wife has a jrny from rjy to hyd they replaced bus saying bus has brakedown at vizag ,again they changed bus at vijayawada saying the same reason .finally they suppose to drop them at miyapur but left at starting place hyatnagar …. Dont journey through KVR travels (pedda bokka)

Very bad services, don't book tickets, they stop the cite outcutes and they dumped another bus passengers and the reached our desenity 6hr late, they are not response

Most worst bus service , drunk staff , whole cabin stinking of alcohol, bus srrived 1 hour late, not allowed passrngerz to leave luggage in luggage compartment, hence had to leave it in the walkway. My sleeper was having one quarter brandy and one thumdup bottle. Staff very rude . Never ever travel by thus .
