This is just a commercial medical hall...... always try to sell substituted medicines stating same formula.. this is clearly because they get more profit margin.... mislead customers a lot ... also looks like more a bakery selling osmania, salt biscuits, dum roat etc and bakery items, try and avoid if you can as within 10 minutes away near Esamiya Bazar there are wholesale medical halls where you can get more than 30% discounted rates on same medicines...
