They're ok, sometimes it's not as easy as it could be

Since this is a service provider with hundreds of people visiting it daily, they should have placed a blade signage for easy spotting of the place. Also would suggest there should be sitting provide in free parking space between the retail store on ground floor rather than forcing everyone to stand in front of the building to discomfort of the visitors to VFS aswell as to visitors to other retail and commercial establishments in the building and very importantly the road getting blocked.

I visited it on 27 jan 2023 for single entry Thai visa for my family for 5 days purpose.

They asked original flight ticket from airlines (is it possible? I am traveling from past 15 years and i never heard it. Always i took printout of E-mail or from booking site)

They asked hotel booking which mention all our family persons names on it (Is any hotel booking website like Agoda or booking or make my trip etc mention all persons names? I never seen such too)

They asked my marriage certificate (i married in 2003, in my passport, my wife name mentioned, in my wife passport, my name mentioned, both of my children passports, me, my wife names mentioned, still my marriage certificate is mandatory?)

I steped out it with out further questions and will take on arrival visa.

The people at the desk do not have any knowledge about the documents required for the Visa. It’s better you check on the internet and apply through the consulate self.
They have very vague knowledge about what documents are required and what is not. They do not have proper training and SOPs. Moreover I asked for a Royal consulate email address because my passport is at risk of loss due to waiting for more days due to more documents required. They answer me , they do not have a email address for the Royal consulate, Google it. Is this a joke! A complete joke. I donot recommend submitting documents through this agency. Plus they take payment only in cash: Is the Govt. Allowing it? Are they aware of this. No digital payments and card payments only cash. What rubbish.

Worst service ever. These people do not know a single thing about the visa process. They will hold up your passport untill your travel date and I think some one needs to show them where the world is currently now as they don't prefer any document update by email and for everything we need to visit the VFS centre. Just F**king nightmare giving your passportto them

Zero knowledge about Visa Process assistance. You can google for a while and get better knowledge than the untrained agents there.
Basic information also isnt available.
They give yu application forms and rest is your Luck or your knowledge. 🤞🏼
Lack of basic Help lead to visa Rejections.
Better visit a Good Consultancy and get the job done.
