We had a great holiday in Bangkok all thanks to our travel agency Archana Travels. We enjoyed the whole Bangkok tour. The tour guide is one of the best I have ever experienced. He is so professional and helping nature as well. He even did not ask tip although I gave him in private because he deserves it. Hotel is also good and transportation was also easy and smooth. Before I got to Bangkok, I was looking for a tour company that would meet the needs of our group of 25. I was able to find Day Tour Bangkok and they were great! We had absolutely no problems with elephant and at waterfall tour. The elephant camp was fun, lunch was tasty, the waterfalls were beautiful and the war museum was very informative. Thank you.

When we decided to go to Spain for our honeymoon we had NO idea about anything in Spain. Normally my wife likes to plan every detail of our trips, so she was a little bit reserved about not having any control. But with wedding planning for the year at the fore front of our minds, we decided to find some help. Cue our travel agent. From the initial email onward we felt that we were in good hands. Our travel agent's attention to detail and quick replies kept us at ease and allowed us to focus on other things. She made sure that all of our needs and wants were thought of through out the process. When we finally got our final itinerary, all of those initial reservations and concerns were washed away. The level of detail and abundance of information was amazing. We knew exactly what was going to be happening and when it was going to happen. All of the pre-trip work was taken care of without any of the time or stress. It was amazing! When we finally arrived in Madrid all of our high expectations were blown out of the water. From the level of transportation, to the choice of hotels, all the way down to the choice of tour guides, it was all way above our expectations. We did 4 different cities on our trip and everything was seamlessly planned out, with nothing to worry about except to be where she told us to be, at the time she told us to be there. Our agent was a delight to deal with and we are truly thankful to her for making our honeymoon one of the best trips we have ever been on. If we ever return to Spain, she will surely be getting a call from us.

We just returned from an amazing week in Iceland. Our travel agent planned an amazing week for us and wasn't fazed when we threw in the wrinkle of getting married on New Year's Eve two weeks before our trip. He took us to the office to finish our paperwork, helped coordinate where we would meet the officiant and photographer, and took more pictures too. We loved having him at our wedding!

The rest of the trip was perfect too. Accommodations were all great. We got to all the highlights of the South Coast even though we did a lot of driving because we wanted to be in Reykjavik on New Year's Eve, the itinerary wasn't in the order that would have been best but that was our fault.

We learned tons from our travel agent about the history and geography of Iceland as well as the current economic and government situation. We really enjoyed being able to have those discussions and it added to our overall understanding of a beautiful country.

As other have mentioned, he has a new Land Rover with studded tires so we felt secure driving in the snow and ice. Our agent also provided us with crampons for walking on the ice.
The most memorable part was getting married on New Year's Eve under the fireworks in Reykjavik. I think our agent thought we were crazy but it was so fun!

Though we loved everything we will also remember getting caught in white out snow at the black beach and then seeing waterfalls 30 minutes later in sunlight.
No, it was great trip. We want to go back in the summer to compare with our winter trip. A lot of Thanks to Archana Travels.

Bali is an awesome place especially for younger generation. You can do while lot of adventure sports at a very cheap price. For instance if you wish to do scuba diving and parasailing and you are in a group of say 4, then you can bargain up to around 130 dollars for the whole group! Now if that doesn't sound cheap, then I don't know what would. Moreover you can also get hotels at a very reasonable price like for example Hotel Sayang Maha Martha, its one of the cheapest hotel in Bali, and you can just easily afford it. People are very friendly and you can bargain to a very low price if you wish to buy something from street shops. You will find mini Mart's in every nook and corner of the streets in Bali. Mini Mart is a chain of departmental store that is open 24 hours a day. The places to visit in Bali are Kutah beach, then Nusa dua for adventure sports, Turtle island where you can see 100 year old turtles, iguanas, bats, and Python's. The adventure sports you can do are scuba diving, parasailing, jet ski, banana ride, etc. Adventure sports activities are performed from 9 in the morning and closed down by 4 pm, so you need to keep that in mind. Traffic in Bali is neither too high nor too low. You might get stuck for few minutes but not for too long. If you want to do shopping, the road side street shops are the best, you can get unique bali t-shirts and shorts at a reasonable price, moreover you can get momentos like key rings, and other hand made items for your friends, which are very uniquely encraft. Most of the tourists in Bali are Australians. You can find many shops owned by Australian. Language is not a problem in Bali, almost everybody speaks English. Sea foods are quite popular in Bali . You can get Tuna, shrimps, for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also rent bikes to travel the city only you need is an International driving license and you can just roam about in the
