Our stay at hotel joy was a good experience. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is good. Location is also Good.

It's been almost 2 months when me with my colleagues where on the back to home from Manali trip. So we chose this hotel to stay to rest. Our experience with this hotel been great. All of us enjoyed the food and like our stay there. Reception staff was so polite and helpful especially. Mr. Joshi he made sure we getting proper services while stay

We Went on the Spot, when no hotel was available and that too early in the morning. The Hotel Staff and their Service is applauded and appreciable. I liked the rooms and the food too, which was just as you are eating in your home. One more thing to add to the comfort is, I had a Cervical pain my neck from last 1.5 months, which wasn’t going after lot of efforts but the bed I slept on in Joy Hotel, it’s mattress did wonders in one night and I was so relaxed that my pain was gone and I even asked the staff, what brand were the mattresses, and to my surprise the hotel owner offered me to take them along as they were made on order. I really appreciate the experience Joy Hotel gave me. Thanks to the wonderful Staff and their Service.

I had a great time in this hotel.
Recently I visited Mohali for some work, and booked Hotel Joy in Balongi.
I booked a deluxe room, but my booking was upgraded by the Reception Manager, Mr. Ashvin Vyas, and I got a bigger room.
The hospitality, cleanliness, and service was top notch.
The staff was cooperative and polite.
Mr. Vyas personally took care of my stay, the location of the hotel is also very good, just 1.5 km away you can find the VR mall.

So next time you are looking to book a place in mohali, give this hotel a shot, you won't regret it.

I been there last month, and they gave me such a nice and beautiful room and we had such a great time out their. Staff was really helpful. They made sure if the food is being served properly. The front desk staff at reception too. They didn't let us have any problem while our stay. And cleanliness was at seventh heaven. They do sanitize rooms and serve the food in rooms cuz of this COVID pandemic

We had stayed here last week. We were all friends so we had two rooms booked for us as we were supposed to celebrate birthday party so it was fun being there. The staff, food and accomodatin was awesome too

I have stayed with my family members last week in this hotel and we were offered a family suite room. The hotel rooms are so beautiful food was outstanding and staff seemed helpful. Overall its a go go hotel....fully recommend

One of the best hotels i have ever styaed at. As i have stayed in number of hotels. got to say that this hotel has the same kind of room that five star hotels provide to guest. Stayed from dec 21st to dec 23rd 2021.Spacious room...felt very homely.Very courteous staff..Nitish and Arvind at the reception awesome guys.Food was excellent. THE Best Part you have a pair of slippers provided in the room much needed in winter.Would love to come back again:-) It was a real 'JOY 'being here !!!

As i always travel to Chandigarh due to business meetings i would stay at JW Marriots. Today all the rooms were booked so i came to Joy hotel and will have to admit that their rooms are as same as the marriots still can’t believe. Met with Mr Harmohan joshi at reception area such a nice lad. took instant food order and serve. im totally satisfied and will recommend everyone for the hotel to stay in.
