Hassle free procedure. The only thing is still they are charging for unlimited kms while the other rental companies are providing unlimited kms for free.
Very disappointing thing is they were preparing ( cleaning, washing) after my time started and I have to wait for around 1 hr to receive the car.

My Choize was a life saver. I booked a car just 6 hours in advance after Zoomcar's pathetic customer service (they operate through cold chatbots) left me so paranoid that I had to cancel my booking with a 50% loss. In contrast, My Choize was full of human beings who you can actually speak to if you have a problem. Yes, they do have lengthy paperwork and might be a trifle costly than zoomcar, but it's totally worth it. They are very honest, all costs are explained upfront (by a human being) and a real mobile number is provided just in case you need help on the drive. The cars are clean and well maintained. I hope they keep up this trend.

I just loved the vehicle. The condition of the vehicle was top class and i enjoyed it for three days. I took Scorpio which was very clean and top condition.
I took the car from thier garage parking itself, the staff were polite and hassle free delivery of the car.

Super experience. Booked a SUV Kia Seltos in July of 2020, Vehicle was brand new, staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about. Read many negative reviews, but my experience with Mychoize was wonderful. Better than my expectation. I picked and dropped the vehicle from their yard, so can't comment on their delivery service. All vehicles in their yard appeared to be in excellent condition. Thank you Mychoize team.

The vehicle is good and well maintained. Service is nice and also reasonable price compared to lot other self driven cars.
Only thing is, you need to wait for a week to get your security money doposit to be refunded to your account.

My experience with this car rental is good irrespective of what other reviews say., I got my refund on time, the car was clean and tidy. The fast tag works. And the music system sucks. So is the case with revvs and zoom car.
