Driven in or 4wheel travels both being run by same people. The experience I had with this company would highlight its operations. You can judge yourselves what kind of ride you are up to and take precautions. At the end of the day you might need to of hire a car. To begin with most courteous staff around always greets you and keep you floating in the air. My experience was with a self-driven car team. When you take the car you need to put down the deposit it can’t be cheque, you need to either pay online or cash. The car I got was never valeted; full of dust inside outside with mud. After a lot of paper work the employ was inspecting the car for possible damages or scratches, they never took any picture of car. They made markings using black pen on pre-printed paper of all the scratches and ( if the pen was red or green the scratches would standout.) I took the car for 15 days and returned it. No accidents was caused and no scratches as per my knowledge but the person inspecting found one scratch which was mentioned already in the pre-delivery inspection checklist. But he argued that they have got images prior to delivery which would be sent to me for verification. I was happy to pay for damages if it was caused by me. After inspection is complete he shakes my hand and said we will send you the images and charge for damage, everything is complete you can leave. No invoicing is done, how much rental is to be paid, how much KM have I done. They could at least complete rest of the invoicing except damage. I insisted that I need to do the billing and show me the image they have took prior to delivery. I was confident that they haven’t taken the snaps. The employs searched all cameras; they couldn’t find anything but they said it would be dealt appropriately by the team. The next day I had to leave Hyderabad. They called my elderly father to say that they would be charging 2000Rs for damages (remember didn’t send any image to verify) My father who is unaware of anything said do as my son said to do. I called them from US to enquire about the issue only to be informed that they would be charging 2000Rs. And rest would be paid into my account within a week. Apart from all this I also forgot to mention that there would be additional 5% service charge which they didn’t mention before taking the car. My advice to anyone hiring vehicle take complete video and pictures of the scratches. I have received my remaining money back after 11 working days.

Horrible service. Kindly never book with such crap service and the guys there are just to fool everyone.
