A comfortable hotel with all 5* amenities. Large rooms with excellent equipment. Very nice atmosphere created by professional and friendly service. I am impressed by their kindness and hospitality. Also, the best Seefood restaurant in all of India! I have never eaten such wonderfully prepared lobster in my life :)

My stays at Casino are always an experience to cherish. The quaint setting of the hotel on the Wellingdon Island, the rustic interiors, well trained staff and most importantly the food is a wholesome package that I would trade for any other 5 star at Kochi. Well done Team Casino

We stayed for 2 nights at the property. I was travelling with my parents, wife and 1.5 year old kid. Staff was extremely cooperative and kid friendly. They helped us by making baby food whenever we needed and were very prompt in their room service.
Hotel location is also good. It’s almost equidistant from fort Kochi and ernakulum.
I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone travelling with their family.
The buffet spread was very lavish, having varied dishes across the globe with traditional Kerala food. The taste was just perfect and breads were made to your wish and liking. The hotel staff was very co-operative and made us feel comfortable every minute of the trip. Service speed was awesome, you order and the bell rings within 15 mins. Overall, an amazing stay and recommend for all.

The hotel is well maintained. The staff is well trained and courteous. We tried food at both the restaurants and taste was good. We enjoyed Tharavadu Restaurant (food + live music) more than the Seafood restaurant though! The buffet options are great. They have in-house gym. Swimming pool can be still well maintained and the hotel entrance/ outside area on road can be improved/ more welcoming. It was a nice, relaxing stay. Thanks CGH Earth.

Excellent stay and hospitality...we planned a family gathering for celebration of my child’s birthday.
The staffs were well trained from the reception (especially Ms Pratibha) till our checkout.
Special mention about the food..the dinner buffet was so good…and breakfast was also very good.

Went there for a wedding and loved my stay there. Rooms were clean and food was nice! Had a wonderful experience. Hospitality was top notch and everyone was super kind! Definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Casino was nothing short of excellent . The hotel is quite large & beautiful . The property boasts lawns , two restaurants , a swimming pool , Tulsi SPA & health club . The room which we booked was big & beautiful . The furniture & interior of the room gave us some traditional vibes . The room had all possible amenities you could ask for . The bedding was TOP notch . The breakfast buffet was enormous & the live counter was excellent . Our only regret was not being able to decide what to pick & what not to . We ordered lunch & dinner in the room & the quantity was ample for two & the taste was excellent . The service at the restaurant was fast & apt .The casino makes sure the guests feel special .The staff at the front desk was really heartwarming . At the main entrance we were greeted & received by Mr.Sudarshan . A welcome drink was offered during the check-in process . Nikson from the front desk was our host , he was very poilte & coperative & made us feel special by taking care of all our requests . Now we are eager to visit this hotel again . Departure seems to be a bit emotional as they come out just like the way any family member sees you off from home & that's the only moment when you think that wish we could have stayed more . To sum up i would say that my stay at the Casino was lovely & i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone .

The hotel has well trained staff. The gesture by staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are well furnished, clean, cozy and delivers retro vibes. The food served is delicious and diverse in nature. The place is located at peaceful and calm locality. The hotel has well maintained private swimming pool and basic gymnasium.

Wonderful stay. I stayed for 5 days. Very nice ambience and quite clean and hygienic. Wonderful and very very polite ppl. Tbh, I don't think I ever had this nice a stay in a long time. Probably because Kerelian ppl are so educated, calm and polite, We had a wonderful experience overall with all ppl there. The staff at Casino was extremely polite. The restaurant accomodated every need of ours (me carrying a baby, they were a lot). They were polite enough to clean our room three times a day with a smile.. and changed our room to pool facing without any fuss. Overall a wonderful stay. I will definitely go back there again.

The place had great ambience and delicious food. The staffnis really great. The pool services was star rated with kids pool, life Guard Mr Karol was so friendly and helping.

Super clean & large rooms, helpful and attentive staff, beautiful pool - one of the best stays we had in Kerala!

Had the occasion to visit Casino hotel for 2nd time to attend a family function. The ambience is absolutely fabulous.... Had the opportunity to enjoy the pool side open party as well as durbar hall.

Went to the restaurant to have buffet lunch. Excellent place to go out with friends. Good menu.

Amazing colonial-style hotel. The staff was great, the breakfast was so good I would have liked to have two stomachs so that I would take it two times. I highly recommend it. It has spacious and confortable rooms, it is in a quiet area, has a swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will return surely.

Food was excellent but when we wanted to connect wifi we had an issue and help from the hotel was not so great .
