Excellent room service, the staff were extremely helpful and prompt. The diversity of cuisines in different restaurants was pretty good. The taste and quality of the buffet is well worth it's price. The attention, alertness and efficiency of staff in all restaurants, specifically Mosaic where buffet is served, is the best I have experienced!

Each room boasted a bathtub with continuous hot and cold water supply, ensuring a relaxing experience. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, equipped with all amenities from toiletries to an iron, weigh machine, safety locker, bathrobe, fridge, and hot water dispenser, was nothing short of awesome.

Easy check in, reception took us to our rooms on 9th floor, amazing views! Dinner in the Sky Bar was superb, great service and a good selection of food. Spacious rooms, excellent facilities. Had a delicious coffee and cake in the coffee shop and an excellent Bali massage in the spa. Best massage I've had in a long time!

Had a amazing experience, well maintained and reflecting a high standard of hygiene. The restaurant offerings were exceptional and complemented by top-notch service. The property is best for both family vacationers and business travelers. Without a doubt, it's a place I would really revisit.

We had attended our friend’s wedding here. The ambience and the facilities ate top notch. The ball room is spacious and bright. Kudos to the team for the maintenance as well. The front office and lounge is also excellent.

Fabulous stay and definitely a 5* experience. Large beautiful room with a huge window overseeing the backwater lake. Hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff members we met were friendly and going extra mile to make our stay memorable. Excellent breakfast with great choices and exceptional service, the managers went above and beyond to look after us, especially Krishnan noticed us struggling with our child so brought a buggy to ensure we could enjoy our meal. A baby cot was provided at the sky grill bar as well. We are extremely happy with our visit and will definitely stay again! Thank you

Stayed for a couple of days, the food and service was a perfect 10.. the view from the rooms are great, the ballroom and the banquet staff was just amazing.. the pools were really nice and clean, gym is pretty good, overall a very memorable stay.

Five of us had dinner. I had the best Hot and Sour soup that I have ever had. All the difference dishes were good but the lomein was outstanding. They were very busy bu service was still excellent. I look forward to my next visit
