Le Méridien Kochi

Great hotel .. with excellent location and just besides backwaters... They have a huge area with lots of fruit plantation which is well maintained.. even the boat rides are good .. the staff is polite and humble..they have huge halls for various functions .. must stay for all the tourist.. they also have room on the other side of the backwaters n it's a good experience

In one word the place is perfect. The location is central and easy to access. The grounds are well maintained with beautifully landscaped gardens and lots of water bodies with fountains and lighting. It's naturally surrounded on three sides by water. The staff are polite, efficient and helpful. The rooms are clean and hygienic, beautifully planned. My room has a beautiful view. The toilet was also hygienic. The shower was gorgeous and all the accessories work. There was a safe, electric iron, hair dryer and a fridge. The bed was really comfortable. The TV had all the channels I watch and some more. The buffet breakfast had a huge spread and was sumptuous

Luxury five star resort. Had a wonderful 6 nights. Exceeded my expectations. Well run hotel, staff got to know us and went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. Highly recommend.

To be honest, the rooms are very old and the luggage was broken. As for checking out, I waited for 40 minutes for my luggage to come and in the end they apologized coldly. On the good side, the staff are very cheerful and nice.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in because of the superb service. The restaurant and buffet is clean and delicious. The room was spacious and view was great as well. The manager was accommodating and went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The staff and reception were also amazing. They were also asking for what improvements they could make which I'm happy to share given that they want to maintain a high standard.

Had a lovely stay at Le Meridian. It’s a lush property and has pleasant greenery, trees and water fountains. The rooms are good and service is great. The boat jetty service was enjoyed by kids & adults alike.

Nestled among the scenic Kochi backwaters, surrounded by lush green coconut groves, Le Méridien Kochi is located in heart of the city. The rooms are luxurious rooms & suites with beautiful view of the serene backwaters which is pleasing for both business and leisure travel.There is a great pool, gym, a good restaurant to dine and its location is near business zones and leisure spots.

Beautiful ambience and lovely place security assistance and ample parking lots. Altogether mood enhancing and enlightening place

Had a lovely stay here in November, rooms are a little tired and could do with a little work but the service was excellent, breakfasts expansive and the best we had on the whole trip. Special mention to Prashant and all the restaurant staff who gave us such lovely service. Would definitely visit again.

Visited there to attend an event. Great convention centre with different types of meeting halls suitable for all types of events. It's a renowned luxury brand and you can feel that richness in every part of this property. The big dining area near the lake is really beautiful. Delicious food.

It was a real pleasure to stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and well equipped and the amenities were excellent. Food at the restaurant was delicious too.

This place is exactly what you would expect of a premium hotel. Nothing more, nothin less. The rooms doesn't fall short of expectations, the staff are helpful and the food served here stands out due to their consistency in quality.

Good room and service is best all the staff is very helpful and good. food is also good. Hotel area and back water, garden is super.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Meridien , and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The food was incredibly tasty, and each dish was a burst of delightful flavors. It's safe to say that the flavors were truly super. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal that exceeds expectations.

Stayed there for a few nights recently. Staffs are courteous behaviour and polite.
Hotel has a big garden with variety of fruit trees- like mango, Sapota, coconut etc.
Buffet breakfast spread was really good, nice spacious breakfast area too.
Our room on the 5th floor had a nice city and garden view with a balcony, beds were cosy, bathroom was spacious. Room size was good, room condition looked a tad old. Check-in and check out was smooth. We had a welcome drink on arrival.
Being a member of the Marriott, we were able to get access to the Club house on 4th floor which opens everyday from 6 to 8 pm. You get decent variety of snacks/sweet dishes and drinks. It's almost like having dinner.
Overall, a great experience at the hotel. When we visit Kochi again, we would choose it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien Kochi. The hospitality from all the staff was exquisite. Right from Kirti and Nandita at front desk to Bipin and others at the Latest Recipe restaurant. Check-in process was very smooth and thankful for the surprise upgrade :). The restaurant manager as well as hotel manager took effort in checking with us about our comfort during the stay. The live music at the restaurant was also very nice. We also loved the dining experience at Chef Pillai restaurant within hotel premises. We would certainly love to come back here with friends and families.

Great experience except for a few caveats. The rooms were a bit dated but it seems there is work being done to uplift it. A big shout out to chef Shibin and some wait staff like Biprajit and Vinil. Who gave great service. V good food - excellent spread at breakfast and lunch. Excellent location and beautiful grounds.

Kochi was my absolute favorite area of my India work trip for 2 months. The food is the best in this region and the staff are amazing. I went to the happy hour every night (comes with status) and nandita and Abin were always there happily chatting with everyone and making the experience so great. If I were to go back to India, it would definitely be back to kochi and this hotel. Btw the restaurant that is not part of Marriott is sooooo good

Super views. Verdant green. The short ferry ride from the main hotel to the rooms we were booked into was a highlight. The food was fantastic
