Visited there around 5 years back. There service was great. Whe ln we landed in Hyderabad, Myles has cancelled our booking. However, they still helped us gave us the car. I don't remember the exact name of the guy, may be Salman or Abdullah, he helped a lot.

Very friendly towards customers. They will explain you every detail about the car and help you choose the car you need. I took Ameo and Punto and the maintainence was very good on both the cars.
Mr. Chaitanya guided me very well regarding the car availability. He even allowed me to test drive different models to get me the perfect car.
I am completely satisfied with the service but the only concern is the security deposit which is too heavy even for smaller cars. Compared to other companies which offer self drive cars , Driven deposit is too heavy.

Delivery service was good. They linked to multiple car apps hence I took a car delivery from a third party linked to them. They provided me Toyota etios liva in a decent condition which made my trip comfort and easy. Good to services like this in Hyderabad.

My first choice self drive cars goto place. Good and flexible deals. Best thing is they have a car or bike for all people. Eon to Ecosport to Volvo to Jaguar. But rates a bit high after GST. Can't blame Driven but BJ*

i have booked the car from drivegadi, which do not require any security deposit. The inventory was supplied by Drivein, they have a huge inventry of cars from Nano to all kind of premium cars.
