The worst experience ever with ICICI BANK .
I’m a 14 years old customer of ICICI bank,
Branch manager and MS Gurpreet Kaur was completely useless .My relationship manager is from Kolkata and she is so helpful but the staff at 3b2 branch is useless .. They are good for nothing . They are just passing their time and chit chatting .
I had to submit the fees for my son and my link expired just because of them .
Kolkata branch manager and Bathinda branch manager guided me that what do I need . But the branch manager at 3b2 was not interested to work and to help .
The head committee should take action against them as their rating is jus 2.1. That shows how bad they are at their workplace

Very Bad experience with this branch, I recently visited this branch. I am writing to express my discontent with the service and attitude of the staff there. They don't have etiquette how to deal with customers. The staff were not attentive to my request and were unable to answer my queries. They seemed to be lacking in basic customer service skills, which is unacceptable for a financial institution. As a customer, I felt disrespected and ignored by the staff members.

Worst service ever. Couldn't open a current account in 10 days. Total harrasment. Not even answering the calls to return the stamp of my firm. Officer incharge- Malkeet Singh . Branch manager- Hardeep Singh. Strict action must be taken against the two of them. ICICI should close this branch.

Very bad experience with this branch. They don't have any care of customer.
They don't have time to deposit money , You would wait for long time if you want to deposit. i suggest to everyone don't go ICICI 3b2 branch for any service.
They have to shut down this branch.

इस शाखा के साथ बहुत बुरा अनुभव मैंने हाल ही में इस शाखा का दौरा किया। मैं वहां के कर्मचारियों की सेवा और रवैये पर अपना असंतोष व्यक्त करने के लिए लिख रहा हूं उन्हें ग्राहकों से व्यवहार करने का शिष्टाचार नहीं है। कर्मचारी मेरे अनुरोध पर ध्यान नहीं दे रहे थे और मेरे प्रश्नों का उत्तर देने में असमर्थ थे।ऐसा लगता है कि उनमें बुनियादी ग्राहक सेवा कौशल की कमी है,जो एक वित्तीय संस्थान के लिए अस्वीकार्य है। एक ग्राहक के रूप में,मुझे स्टाफ सदस्यों द्वारा अपमानित और उपेक्षित महसूस हुआ।बैंक को बंद कर देना चाहिए न कि ऐसे बेवकूफ स्टाफ को रखने के बजाय बैंक के उच्च अधिकारियों को ग्राहक बनकर इस शाखा की जांच करनी चाहिए।
