I joined Shriram Life Insurance in March '23, and I'm impressed with the company's humble culture and supportive management. They've played a significant role in enhancing my professionalism.

I Have worked in this Organisation for three months due to Personal and family emergencies I have left, The Company. The Company has a great working environment . My Manager Mr. Ramanjit Sir was a tremendous Business Manager I ever worked in my career of employment . If people know the word "Business Requirements and its needs." They never thing bad on Manager. I closely monitored him I found that he has an Humbleness easy going Manager. holding excellent Leadership skills

, I learnt Insurance Business Strategy , How it runs, How to grow the business further , How to handle the business toughness, Time Management, Commitments for the business, How to handle the Out bound business etc. each and every thing I learnt From my Boss with in a short span. , and My Team Lead Mr. Rakesh also a Great Supportive and best leader. He conducted one and one session to teach me guide me he always motivates me encourage me to understand customer segments of Life insurance business of SLIC.......

Great thanks to Management of All departments of "SLIC" Such as support staff, Training team, Hr Team and Admin Team. Company has great working environment..
