Bad service. I was given different shoes to try on and got a different model on purchase. Bad return policy over that. When pointed out the same, exchange wasn’t done and now I’m stuck with a wrong model. Horrible experience, didn’t expect this from such a reputable brand.

One of pair got leather ripped off due to bad quality and they refused exchange by saying is normal wear and tear

It was huge mistake buying these shoes online.
They are not providing good service. Not answering to the mail. As not returning my money as that was not my fault.
Writing here because can’t find where else should I go or call. Hope now I will get the refund back

I purchased shoes on this store price of 12000/ - and shoes are damaged under 2 months only and 2 days late for exchange shoes and store keeers nor return shoes its totaly worst my money
