The Uniglobe team has been very flexible and diverse in thier iterinery planning. The tour guides were available at any point of time and responding timely. There were some hiccups initially with the local teams, however the Uniglobe team adopted to the changes quickly and proposed alternate visit places. We planned to Sri Lanka tour on very short notice. We planned on Thursday noon to fly on Sat. We reached out to Uniglobe Focus Travel and Himangi Jain was our consultant. She prepared a really nice itinerary and was quick to share/modify the plan as per our needs. All resorts/hotels booked were really great. We had nice taxi van with driver cum guide who was with us for all the time. The guide was really a nice person. My family enjoyed the trip and kids were super happy.
