We came to know about IMAD Travels when I visited Asia on a Business trip from USA and happened to stay in Hyderabad for a week with my Family. We were short of time and contacted IMAD Travels for a guided tour package to New Delhi and Agra to see Taj Mahal for 5 people .We got all 5 star hotel accommodation , 24 hour Toyota crista van with driver, guides for the daily tours and the best service throughout our stay for 3 days. We couldn’t believe the price we paid. It would be 5 times more expensive if we would’ve booked this trip from USA. I would recommend IMAD to everyone of my friends and family in USA and abroad for all their Travel needs including Flight tickets, Tour packages around the world or Group trips. A successful & an easy trip to Mecca & Madina alhamdulillah happened through imad travels. We stayed in Move n pick CLOCK tower hotel. As you come down from hotel building you enter into haram. And same in madina too. In Makkah they gave deluxe suit room it was really luxurious. And as it is very near to haram we can offer all prayers in masjid . It was our first time and as Me n my husband both are Doctors we planned only for one week. When we approached to other travel agents they had group umrah packages. Which were not suitable for us. For same quotation Imaad travels has arranged best n luxury Umrah package for us. They also customise our trip according to our schedule.

Imad travels Take care of our flight tickets, hotels and transport. Personal vehicle from jeddah airport to Makkah and Makkah to Madina hotel While booking ask them for Saudi airlines and (🚫 not airindia). They don't disturb us .in minimum calls they arrange everything.

Excellent planning for the tour with live updates on the next flight. 24/7 available for assistance if needed. Request for changes that we wanted while on the tour, were done right away. Strongly recommend Imad Travels for hassel free holidays.

We planned a sudden trip for Umrah this October start 2022. Was not sure which tour operator to proceed and whom to trust as going with Family is a hectic task and with teens kids makes it more worse. After reading good reviews about Imad Travels gave a call to their office and surprise to get so much professional treatment over the phone on the very first call ( Spoke to Mr Hamed Ali).
My travel schedule was very tight and I want everything on urgent basis and they have delivered it at the first go itself, I deposited my passports with them around 4PM Friday evening and by 11.30 Night got a call from Mr Hamed Ali about Visa approval. every relative and friends were in shock and in denial how quick the visa application was processed:)
Next the itinerary they have suggested  was so perfect and Mr Jaffar Ahmed was there to Cordinate for each and every step on every single day.
They provided first row hotels with ground transport and all other facilities what one can dream for a Luxury package
