The services offered by ARK Enterprises are incomplete. The food is good and hotels are nearby. Perhaps, more than 5 persons are accomodated in the rooms with capacity 2 persons. The person coordinating there is short tempered and doesn't offer any service. Moreover, the travel from hotel to airport and vice-versa is promised but not fulfilled. Be cautious before booking services at ARK

Very bad service by ARK travels. Co-ordinating person there is very rude. Transportation service there is promised but not fulfilled. I personally recommend to go for other travel agencies.

Worst travel agency in telangana...please dont waste your money....once you paid the amount he changes tone and dont even talk to you.....please I request everyone dont go to umrah by this travel agency....we have face so many difficulties and problems from jeddah airport to madinah...I cant even describe the problems that we faced......please please I request avoid this travel agent and go from other agencies

Ek number ka jhoota paisay receive kartay hi behaviour change hojata. short temper ticket say lekar flight may baithnay tak struggle karna padta.
Jeddah janay kay baad say pareshani shru transport facility nahi hotels Haram say dur ordinary hotels.may tahrata CITY KA NO I FRAUD HAI

No transport facility from jeddah airport.paise hame apne jeb kharch karna padta.4 star hotel bolkr.mamuli lodge me aur bohot dur thairata. Puche toh sahi jawab nahi deta.i request please dont waste your money....go to other travel agency..he is fraud
