All household cooking items available. Customer care service very poor

I would've given zero stars if there was an option. Worst supermarket I have ever seen. All the items available are old and very very dusty. Bread is always infested with ants. Better check all the items and their dates and packaging before buying. No proper storage of items. Very poor customer service, no ethics. The person at the counter is rude to customers. Stares at female customers and makes them feel uncomfortable. Delivery service is very poor. When I called the number, and asked them if they deliver, they did not reply but in return asked my address and what I wanted. I wanted 20 litre water bottle. They even asked me which brand I wanted(kinley or bisleri) and after I replied they said that there is no one available to deliver and rudely cut the call without giving me a chance to reply. Why ask about the address and what I wanted when I just asked them if they deliver or not. Better to not have a supermarket in the area than to have such a lousy one.

Negative 5-star review would be best suitable. Worst customer care I have ever seen. Says free home delivery but the ordered items did not get delivered at all even after calling 6-7 times. The person on the counter treats customers very poorly, talks rudely. They don't return the change and keep it greedily when the customers are young.

No ethics don't even know how to treat customers

Worse supermarket in Mehdipatnam area no proper charges or billing method priced very high on all the products.
