Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, were renovated and good looking rooms.The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found that is near to Sr Nagar metro station. Thank you so much for your service.

The hospitality is good,
Front end and rooms service is good,
Rooms are clean, neat and worthy for money.
Location wise good, we can access the public transport and we have near by metro station SR nagar.
Have cafe coffee day below the hotel and near by having other shops also. Walkable distance for Ameerpet.
Over all good place for stay with family and friends

staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful, specially Ms. Tulsi at reception. Under her guidance we saved lot of travelling time to visit Hyderabad. Hotel location is very awesome , you we get all local shops near by.

It's very nice . Room is so clean, I felt really happy. They are sanitising regularly. Ambience also good. One thing it's expensive nd ac is not working properly.. expect it's first class

BED IS COMFORTABLE.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS MINI REFRIGERATOR IS AVAILABLE.
ROOM LIGHTENING IS GOOD.
BATHROOM IS SUPER.
AC IS WORKING IN GOOD CONDITION.

STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS VERY GOOD . RECEPTION IS ACTIVELY WORK.HE APPROVE MY EARLY CHECKIN WITH STANDARD ROOM TO A FAMILY ROOM .

OVERALL PLEASANT stay.

After reading some reviews I confused but after stay I give 4.9. because absence of towel.

Excellent hotel with very big and spacious room. Room service & staff also very good. CCD is also available at the ground floor. 600 metres from SR Nagar metro station.

The hotel is located in very good location and the staff was very good mainly front office Vishwanath and Dixith are very good and very friendly staff
