Visited the store at jubilee hills, its spacious and has lots of options for office chair,desks etc
We were attended by a lady, she did a terrific job in explaining all the variation and prices.
Satisfied with staff behaviour. Ample parking and no rush at all.
I've ordered Amaze model today, the planned delivery will take few days. Waiting for the same and will update in the review.

Edit1- chair delivered within 3 days. Will update once its installed.
Edit2- next day chair gets installed but some screws were missing inside the box.
Naresh, from the store assured that it will get installed the next day and it was indeed done on time.the assembly guy was also very professional.

Got my new office chair. The model name is "AMAZE" and it's really amazing. Perfect shop with lots of varieties. We had visited in almost all the shops for office chair in Hyderabad but our journey ends in FEATHERLITE. They have absolutely amazing collection of chairs in their JUBLI hills branch. And delivery is also amazing we ordered the chair on Friday and got it by Monday which is cool!
The guy NARESH has assisted and billed for the chair and with us till the chair got assembled. I would say NARESH is very helpful.

I had a great experience with Featherlite. I got the Amaze chair for my wfh set up and even though it was out of stock, they managed to get it for me sooner than promised.
Ayesha provided good customer service by explaining about the products and then giving me timely updates throughout the process, making it very seamless.

Walked into this place for purchasing a featherlite Amaze chair.. so much of collection available and finalized the chair in 10 minutes and made the payment. Technician got the new box and fitted and placed it in my car... Awesome experience...

We ordered sit and stand table. As per their word they delivered in time. So happy with the service by ayesha and naresh. And for fixing the table Ms. Sarita from other team has given a good service. Hope this will continue forever.

Store is spacious and staff is very helpful. Despite of having full demand for table/chair during the pendemic situation and resources limitation, they delivered my order. There was a slight delay, but it is totally acceptable during this period.

Excellent range of options to choose from. I bought an executive chair from here and I was able to home down on the best option after checking out various types of chairs that were on display at the showroom. Also the staff Ayesha and her assistant Naresh were very helpful & courteous and make every effort to ensure that all the available choices are shown and they gave a demo enthusiastically explaining the various features that are available in the chair. I would recommend this Featherlite showroom to anyone looking for executive chairs as well as for all other types of office furniture.

We visited the store and purchased opus chair.
The staff was friendly and informative in explaining the product details, especially, Asst Manager Mr. Naresh. Very friendly and shows good courtesy throughout the process until delivery. I had bad experience at Gowachibolli and response from staff is not well. But Jubilee Hills branch is 5 start rating. Very happy with product.

I have recently purchased a product from the store and right from the placing of order till the delivery everything was perfect. A big thanks to the executive Naresh, as he has explained the product in detailed way and the after sales service were highly satisfactory.

Delivery was delayed by a week. Yeah due to heavy orders it got delayed. But it is acceptable in this pandemic situations.
